Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The charge for the work they did not do is outrageous, who is going to pay almost $for faucet that was not repaired correctly, also to charge $when he was aware that what he did was not done correctly, he probably didn't know he had installed the wrong part, or if he did, he never told us before he left my house Regards, *** [redacted]

I am going to reject the last communication from royal plumbingi want them to pick up their stents and I will hire plumber to replace my faucetsthank you I am not going to pay anymore because of the way management handled this problem that was made worse by his employee by not telling me the truth about he had done wrong. please let them know that they can come at their convince thank you *** *** ***

As of today 1/2/i have not received my refundour mail has not been delivered yet but, so far I have not received it, it's p.mnowthank you, *** *** ***

We regret that we were unable to reach an agreement with Mrs***We will be refunding her the amount of $that she has already paid to us because of our 100% satisfaction guarantee that we were not able to meet. Thank You,*** ***

In response to the complaint, the balance owed on the faucet repair is $This amount covers the labor and parts cost for the time we have spent at the house already, and the time to return and install the correct stemThe total for the repair is $We have only collected $on the first trip to the residenceWe have tried to return to replace the stem, at this time the home owner has not allowed us to return to get the faucet working properlyWe would like to get this situation resolved and collect the balance owed, so that all parties are satisfied

I submitted a dispute earlier tonight, ID ***I just found an email in my spam folder from the company I was sending in the dispute about, who is willing to help me settle my caseIf possible, can you mark my dispute as settled? They have agreed to give me a refund or a replacement

We had one of our technicians and I apprentice sent out to the home, of *** *** @ *** *** *** ** ** *** ***, on 10/23/for a water leak under the sinkThe technician discovered that the faucet was the cause of the water showing up underneath the sink and needed to be repaired
The technician asked the apprentice to go outside and turn off the water so that the faucet could be pulled apartThe apprentice went outside and accidently turned the gas valve off instead of the water because he said that the two were side by side and looked similarAfter realizing what was done the gas was turned back on and proceeded to relight all of the gas fixturesOnce the faucet was pulled apart the technician saw that the stems would need to be replaced, and because we did not have that style on our truck, would need to be ordered and a return trip would need to be made to replace the stemsThe charge for the first trip on 10/23/was $95.00, which is our hourly rate, and we were on site for hours but were only charging for hour because of the mistake of turning off the gas and having to relight the fixturesOnce the stems, that were ordered, came in we went back out to repair the faucetWe got there so late because our day ran behind and we were just trying to take care of the customer at no additional charge for the late hoursThe tech installed the new stems and when the invoice was presented to Mrs*** it was in the amount of $201.59, which included the $from the first trip plus the $for this trip, plus the partsMrs*** refused to pay for the services because she did not want to pay for the labor on the second trip but only the partsWe cannot possibly keep every single part on our trucks and therefore have to order parts from time to time and a second trip is necessaryWe found out from Mrs*** that the faucet was not functioning properly and realized that instead of installing one right hand stem and one left hand stem that in fact that two left hand stems were installed resulting in the functionality of the faucet to be wrongWe ordered the correct stems and tried to make contact with Mrs*** to install the correct parts at no additional cost to her, but she has refused to allow us to returnWe realize that we made some mistakes on this job and are not denying it but we also took responsibility for those problems by only charging for what we felt was earnedWe apologize for any wrong doing and would like nothing more than to resolve this issue by installing the proper parts in the faucet and collect for what is owed to us, which is $(which includes hours of labor, parts, and taxes on parts).
