Customer returned two days later saying we cracked her windshieldThe crack is where the right front fender and the windshield meetShe was going to take it to a windshield man to determine if we cracked itThe windshield specialist told her they could not put in a windshield until they fix a wreck on the right side of the carI feel that the wreck caused the crack in the windshield, not usSometimes it takes weeks or months for a small crack to spreadAlso, I think she pursuing this because she owes me money for installing the wipers

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I DID NOT offer up to her that my car was a Mercedes until she was asking me NOT to wrap my dogs legI said he has already bled all over my car and I am sorry but its a Mercedes so I am not having him bleed all over itAs fas as having wrap in my home to wrap the dog, if you call a gauze pad and stretchy wrap "equine wrap"...its because I had been wrapping him throughtout his surgeryAt first he was infected from licking it so because it was snowing out and there was possibility of getting it wet,ofcourse I had wrapI take care of my animals.Please read her other bad review on yelp that she yelled at another dog owner who picked up his animal with paw bleeding. I can verify all what I have told you through a phone call being made to my vet if you would like to call me*** has completely healed so why would there be a need to call her or notify herAs far as his grooming...the vet showed me his neck, it all happened so quickly I had not even seen that yetI have no reason to make up talesI have gone to this shop 5+ yrs with westiesIf I were a person who just liked to complain it would have happened long before thisCertainly by looking at the pics she sent you can see my dogs nose was balded and so was his neck.If you can not see hers,please send me a email where I can send them for your review

My name is *** ***, owner of Brogan Tire, Glenway Avenue*** *** came into my store to fix her windshield wipersWe needed a part for it which we could not findShe said she would find the part and bring it to us to put onShe came back a couple weeks later with the partThe part she supplied was installed in between the two wipersShe picked her car up and said we cracked her windshield on the corner of the passenger side of the windowMy employee said she would have to talk to meI was not there at the time*** *** came back later in the week to show me where the crack was, and I explained to her that we worked in between the wipers and that the crack was in the corner of the windshield on the passenger sideI told her there was no way we could have cracked it in that locationShe was going to take it to a windshield repair shop and get their opinionShe came back and told me that the installer could not put in a windshield until she fixed the accident damage on the passenger side of the carThat tells me that apparently she had a wreck on that side of the car which would have caused the crack in the first placeThis crack could have been small to start with and became larger as time went on

having had surgeryBoth of her pets were then groomed .I personally groomed her female and one of my groomers worked on *** I would like to point out that whether I personally work on a pet or my girls do , I check every pet that is ready to leave as I did with *** The groomer upon my check pointed out the surgery area and said to me “I guess he had some type of surgery” The reason we could tell was because of the freshly shaved areaI have been grooming for years and do know what that would look likeSo therefore I would like to point out that if *** were bleeding I would have noticed immediately! Ms*** picked her pets up shortly after we called and left with no problem Approximately minutes later she called and the first thing she told my receptionist was that there was blood in her MercedesI find that a bit odd in my years of owning the Pet Stop I can honestly say that no one has ever told me first before complaining what type of car they ownTheir first worry is usually their petMs *** then preceded to ask if her husband had told us about *** having had surgery, as to which I stated earlier he did notShe then went on to say we must have cut him because *** was bleedingI told the receptionist to please have her come in so I could look at *** to see what she was talking aboutMs*** was back in about minutes She already had the area bandaged with what in the industry is called Vet WrapI found that odd as wellI would say that %of pet owners do not have Vet wrap at their disposal It is a bandage that people in the Equine and small animal profession have in case of emergency I would like to know if *** was already having a problem with the area and that’s why she had the bandage and so quickly was able to apply it I took *** into the grooming area and removed the bandage Upon examination I saw a small opening approximately one quarter of an inch that was seeping some blood It looked to me like a maybe one of the suture areas had not completely healed and from the warm soaking bath we give and the handling of his lower leg during the regular grooming process had possibly opened up the areaI told Ms *** what I thoughtShe then told me she was going straight to her Veterinarian I told her to please let me know what they thoughtThe next morning my daughter called me to tell me that Ms*** Had messaged me on Face book She was not only complaining now about the surgery site ,but was now saying that the dogs nose was too short and had taken a photo of it and sent it to the page She was saying she wanted her money backI would like to explain to you as I did to her that my daughter started the Pet Stop page when she was in high school I do not have a personal page nor do I use the Pet Stop page so therefore I had no idea that she had written something on it If you go to the page you can see for yourself that it is barely usedI did call Ms *** upon my daughters phone call and one of my employees showing me the page on their phones (because I don’t even know how to use Face book) of course Ms *** did not answer so I left a message telling her what I just Explained to youI did not in my opinion leave a nasty message as she is perceiving I just simply stated the facts as to which I also told her to make sure that if she posts something publicly ,which she threatened to do that it must be factualShe then posted again and was now complaining about the neck of the dog being too short,which in her complaint makes it sound as if we cut the neck also ,but if you look at the picture it’s not cut its very shortThat is unfortunately not our fault That is the type of coats her Westies haveMs *** also was making it sound like a trainee was grooming her dog .That is also incorrect .All of my groomers have been with me for over years so for her to make that statement is falseIn conclusion to address her desired settlement First of all her grooming was $each whether or not she added a tip I can not tell you, the grooming was not $as she states..We did the work and she did not complain about the haircut at ail when she picked the pups up I think it’s a shame that her big concern went from thinking we hurt her pet to just wanting money backShe never once told me what her Vet said and never asked for a vet bill to be paidI think my A plus rating should of course stay the same If you look up in your records I have had next to zero complaints in years of business I think that’s an excellent record Attached please find copies of Ms***'s Face book postsThankfully yours:MrsSusan ** B*** (Owner) The Pet Stop

There are numerous inaccuracies in the response from MsC** Please see below for the list of items that were wrongly stated by MsC** If she records the conversations for quality control (as was indicated when I called), then my below corrections will be validated.1) Ms C** infers that my call on June 30th was the first call to her business However, my call was a follow up conversation AFTER my wife had called MsC** a few days prior I called because my wife was extremely upset and disturbed with how she was treated and spoken to by Ms C** My wife felt extremely disrespected that Ms C** spoke to her in the tone that she did and was very rude to her If her phone conversations are recorded (as she advised to me that they were), then we can pull them back up to hear how Ms C** addressed both me and my wife during the conversations You will find that the recordings will show her cutting us off from talking and talking to us with disrespect. 2) Ms C** indicates that we were requesting a FULL refund, which is incorrect We ONLY ever asked for a refund for the collar and battery We were being completely reasonable that the services rendered (i.efixing the wire breaks) was completed adequately and we should pay for those services accordingly We never requested a full refund as Ms C**'s respond indicates, ONLY the collar and battery Again, the recordings of our phone conversations will support this. 3) I never stated that my wife "should have never spend that kind of money" Again, the recording will support this. 4) Ms C** did yell and was disrespectful The recordings will support this. 5) I never made threatening remarks I did request to speak to the owner, however I did not say that "I will destroy your business" Recordings will support this. 6) Ms C** did not 'simply state' "I am hanging up the phone Bye." She cut me off repeatedly and never let me finish my sentences, stating "she doesn't have time for this", then hung up on me Recordings will support this.We appreciate the offer from Ms C** to receive a refund of the battery and the collar We accept this offer, however, given how upset Ms C** made my wife, I am also requesting a written formal apology to me and my wife in order to close this complaint to our level of acceptance

however I was running behind for her original appointment on Saturday and the client said thatSunday actually worked better for her so we mutually agreed to an appointment on SundayIt should be noted that I have done ***'s hair on one other occasion and the color that was previously used was given to me by *** who'd gotten the formula from her previous hairdresserShe later said her old hairdresser must have given her the wrong color formula because she felt it was darker than she expectedI discussed with *** what her desired outcome was and she informed me that she wanted to “get rid of the red” in her hairI brought out all of my color swatches and showed them to *** and we discussed how each color would affect the red currently in her hair*** chose a color, a 5n, and I colored her hairAfterward, I trimmed her hair to her specificationsWhen I was finished *** was pleased with the outcome and said it “reminded her of her younger college years.” She paid the fee of $and gave me a tip of $Normally the fee for a color is $and a cut is $45, totaling $125, however, I only charged her $for the color and $for the haircut, giving her a discount of $for the dual serviceOn the previous occasion that I had done ***'s hair, upon making that appointment and learning of the price, she was very concerned with it so I figured by giving her a discount I would be avoiding any kind of confrontation with herSurprisingly, the next day, after doing ***'s hair, she text messaged me and said her hair was too dark and she wasn't happy with itI told her that it was a level 5n, which she chose, as we discussed during her consultation and that it would lighten as she washed itShe didn't think that washing it would lighten it enough so I gave *** a few optionsThe first option was to do an all over highlight which would give the illusion of the hair being lighterThe second option was to strip all of the color and then recolor it a lighter brownThis option costs $per hour at the salon and I offered to do it for $per hour*** declined both of these options and wanted to know what the policy was for refundsI told her that I would be happy to refund her half of the cost of the hair color, $She asked if she could get her tip of $back to which I agreedI mailed the check within a week and assumed the issue had been resolvedA few weeks later Ashleligh text me on a Sunday asking if I had mailed the checkI was unable to respond to her right away because I had to check with my bank to see if the check had clearedShe continued to text me many times that weekAt the end of the week she text me that she was calling the salon owner although I had told her numerous times that I was self employedUpon contacting my bank once again, I was told that the check had not cleared yet and that I would need to put a “stop payment” on the check which would cost $Because I had never dealt with this type of situation before I conferred with the other hair stylists in my salon who all said normally they would charge that fee to the customerI didn't feel comfortable doing this so I decided to split the fee with the customer, only charging her the “tip” amount of $and I paid $I then learned from another hair stylist that I could refund a customer on “***” if they had paid using that method so I refunded *** $for half of the color serviceAfter many more harassing text messages from *** I took a screen shot of the refunded amount and sent it to her to avoid any further confrontation*** then began to complain about the $I had charged her due to my bank fee for the canceled check*** continued to harass me via text messaging saying she never agreed to pay for half of the canceled check fee and continuously called the owner of the salon who informed her that all stylists are self employed and rent stations from herThe stylists each have their own fees and refund policiesAfter I had refunded *** the $on *** she then began making threats to give me a “bad *** review” unless I refunded her the $tip and to contact the Revdex.comIn summary, *** declined any and all advice regarding her hair and insisted on a refundI told her I would refund her half of the cost of the color service ($35) and the tip if she insisted on this, just to make her happyI felt it was fair to charge her half of the canceled check bank fee because I had no way of knowing if she had received the check and lost itI feel as though this entire situation could have been avoided if *** had come into the salon and discussed the situation so we could come to a mutual resolution and I would’ve refunded her the agreed upon amount in personI have no way of knowing if *** lost the check or never received itI feel if *** wasn't happy with the service before she left the salon she should have said so at the time as she sat with me for minutes waiting for her husband to pick her up, and she shouldn't have given a tipI have done everything I can to appease *** and it's more about the principle of the matter than the moneyI have refunded *** $and paid a $canceled check fee so I basically made $on an $service in which I did nothing wrong, I simply followed the clients instructions based on a tangible, visible 5n color hair swatchAs a professional I would be happy to refund *** $however I will need her to come into the salon to pick it up as she will have to sign a “service refusal letter” stating that she is no longer allowed to do business at our salon with any of our stylists

*** *** ...hello that is not true I never had a car accident...the repair man said that is has a fresh crack ...and they would not put a new windshield in due to the top part above the windshield about a inch from it had some rust and they did not know the extent of the rust so they said I had to have some restoration work done before they can do anything ...they know they did this and just dont want to pay for there mistake I feel as if they would of not of cracked the glass in the first place I would not have to pay for restoration work...I would never lie on anyone to gain anything...thank you
