Went to store in morning to explain dog food made my puppy sick & was told to return it for exchange. I brought bag in later in day & was refused.I was a VIP customer at this PetSupermarket #294. I regularly purchase bags of Nutro kibble as well as cans, et al products from store. When my puppy reached 12months, I bought 'adult' variety of kibble (30lbs bag Nutro.) I went to store in the morning to explain situation to associate (rep# XXXXX) & was advised to return unused portion for exchange. (The adult kibble did not agree with my dog & caused her to vomit and have diarrhea for 2 weeks which led to a $500 vet bill).The bags of kibble are $50+ and I thought I would be able to exchange for another bag of puppy kibble. The Nutro bag has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on back that states to return remaining portion to store. The manager ** told me the store policy is 10 days & he refused to exchange product. The customer service at this store is very poor & I would like to be made whole for my purchase. This took place on 11/7/15.Desired SettlementI would like to be made whole by receiving exchange.
