I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Lisa is an outright lier, I sopke with her from the very first phone call made to them in Feb she told me from the beginning my lawn repair was not on their list of priorities no dirt was ever put down the pictures I have are weeks later they did not have the decency to ring my phone or doorbell to inform me they were out there when the gas company had to reseed my tree lawn it was very evident Pete & Pete do not I repeat did not do anything but as I showed them throw seed and straw if they had filled in ruts would there still be ruts NO I can post pictures of how it was I gave them to her I asked her if you had not received the pictures why would you not call me back they appear to play games the tires on their truck were no good and the poor driver was having a difficult time trying to back up in the drive he had to get out and place a piece of carpet under his wheel to try and get traction Lisa is lying I knew I had to wait until the weather broke but since no one contacted me I called them back should I be the one calling them all the time if their company was in the wrong No as I said Lisa is lying trying to save face

Lisa R*** AttachmentsAug to me Hi ***: I just received a letter regarding a complaint filed by *** *** *** is correct, her neighbor had work done and in the process our truck created some ruts in her tree lawn You will see
the ruts pictured in the lower left corner of image attached The damage was done several months prior to this picture being taken when there was still snow on the ground We informed Ms*** that we would repair the ruts once the weather got warmer and the snow melted Time passed and I received a phone call from an already argumentative Ms*** inquiring why no one had fixed her lawn yet I apologized and told her that honestly it had slipped through the cracks because time had passed waiting for the weather to me warmer I also explained to her that I was not the original person with whom she spoke to but that I would get it taken care of Within a day or two, I had a landscaper go to her property, fill in the ruts with soil, put down grass seed and straw the area. Several weeks passed when I received a call again from an irate Ms*** (August 16th) who said our landscaper did not do anything and that she was going to send me pictures to prove that he had not done anything I responded ok, send the pictures and I will take a look. I did not receive any pictures from Ms*** This past weekend, she left a message on our voicemail and I returned her call She is confrontational and says "you never responded to my pictures", to which I reply that I had never received them I asked her to confirm the number/email address that she had sent them to She told me that she sent them to 216-441-(our office number) I politely told her that number was the same number that she had left a message on over the weekend and that it is a land line not a cell phone, so I wouldn't have received the pictures She then stated angrily, why didn't you call me if you didn't get the pictures That’s when I told her that it had not been the highest level of priority Honestly, I thought perhaps she had gone outside seen that grass was growing under the straw and changed her mind about sending the photos. In any event, I gave her my personal cell number to send the photos I looked at the photos and explained to her that we had done all that we can do She then decided make accusations that I was treating her unfairly due to her race at which time I made reference to my child and told her race had nothing to do with it I have screen shotted our text messages as I would never bring up race/gender/ethnicity, especially considering the heightened racial tensions across the Country. My responsibility was to restore her lawn to the state that it was prior to our truck driving over it, which we have done I cannot determine how long it will take the grass to grow completely back as that is in Mother Nature's hands Aside from going there and planting artificial grass, which is not a realistic expectation, there is nothing more I can do. Lisa R[redacted] <[email protected]>AttachmentsSep 6 (1 day ago)to me In regards to the additional response received today in reference to complaint [redacted], the pictures clearly show that we went to Ms. [redacted]'s home and replanted the grass that was ran over by our truck.  From a landscaping standpoint, there is nothing more that can be done.  We have taken every necessary measure to repair the lawn, but again cannot control the growth of new grass.  It does appear that the complainant's entire lawn is in very bad shape, so perhaps the new growth is taking longer than usual as a result of a more serious underlying problem with her entire lawn. I do not know what she is referring to when mentioning the gas company as her response is somewhat unintelligible with its lack of punctuation and fragmented sentences.  We have done our very best to rectify this situation, as we always do.  However, she will have to wait patiently for the seedlings to grow.  Her name calling is unjust and further shows her irrationality in this matter.
