[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This business does not value customer at all and should not be in business because of it If a product is unacceptable to customer for WHATEVER reason and they are paying for it and there is no policy that you cannot return the item, than it should be exchange or money should be given back to the customer Every person and business involved and all ex customers I have found have agreed the tires were unsafe The business inspecting my tires had the physically throw away the tires and we had to buy more Half of their tires are dry rotted and they do not want to refund the money or exchange all of them that come back because they would be out of business Regardless, this is terrible customer service and if it's not resolved I will gather a good amount of people that have been sold rotted tires by this company and go the new stations Regards, [redacted]

August 22, This letter is in response to complaint # *** This woman, *** ***, really did not know what she was talking about I have been in Business over years and I don't see dry rotted tires Her car did not fail inspection for my tires, her both
sides of her car were rotted on the bottom I do inspections at my place & told her these spots would have to be fixed before I would pass her car for inspection I do value my customer safety. I did try to satisfy her and put different tires on her car and she still complained I did not keep her keys and her car was never left at my shop Plus we are opened from 8:am - 2:pm on Saturdays
She came back Monday and still was complaining She go so crazy we asked her to leave Her mother came down too and told her to leave
She had someone inspect her car when it should not have been But that's not my problem
The Tires she was given were good, my workers just told her they would just give her other tires cause she kept screaming at them Nothing pleased this woman!
