I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
To Whom it May concern;
The gentleman indicated that I appear at his business for tires then came back and asked them to be placed on my vehicle is absolutely not trueI made one trip there and the second trip to his business was to show him all the paperwork from *** *** and what their technician had found(the wrong size rear tires) which cause the damage for the second timeI asked him to call *** *** and gave but he refused, stating “for what” then I told him because he will be able to tell the reason why the transfer box keeping crackingHe refused to call *** ***. The reason I came six month later was because the car had to be repair in Febright after the tires was placed on my truck and then again in July After the second time, the business had to be made awareYou are a Tire company, you should know whether or not an ALL-Wheel Drive should not have different size tires; you’re the expert why would you place them on my vehicle knowing it will cause damageYour expertise in tires is now questionable
I would never try to defraud anyoneThe examination of the vehicle was made by a professional dealership/business ***, who indicated the problem were the wrong size tires (not me)In addition, the invoice was attached to my claim for you to see the tires were the cause from ***Therefore, your statement about me trying to defraud you is untrue and I take offense to it
Tatung needs to take accountability for placing the wrong size tires on my vehicle which cause the damage to the transfer box costing me 2,dollars fort eh repair
*** *** can attest to the size tires that was pulled off the vehicle which during the repair and that it was infect the tires you placed on my vehicle and I have the receipt to back it up
I ask Revdex.com to connect with *** *** to confirm the size tires that had to be taken off and replaced by the correct size tires

I unequivocally deny her claim as being baseless and without meritsThe damage to her car was not caused by tires she bought and used six months earlierAdditionally the installed tires were selected by her and she knew what she was gettingFurthermore, there is no causal connection between the tires installed and the damage allegedI also want to emphasize the fact that this a deliberate attempt by complainant to defraud us and
we respectfully ask that you deny and reject her requestShe has failed to prove the fact that her damage is a direct or proximate of the tires installed We deny her claim as being unsubstantiated
Furthermore, Complainant states in her complaint that the transfer repair box had been fixed once and that the inspector told her the tires caused the problemShe never told us and should have replaced the tiresShe has failed to explain why the problem occurred a second time if she knew that the wrong tires caused the box to be defective beforeShe has failed to explain why she continued using the tires if at all she didShe has not established that the damage to her car was caused by tires that she bought from our storePlease dismiss this baseless claim
