*** *** bought a Chevy Impala She looked at a and a When a customer has below average credit, the outside financial institutions dictate which vehicle the customer qualifies for, the price and terms of the loan We showed her both a and a Chevy
Impala, but she signed and bought the Chevy Impala She was sent home in the 2015, originally When Ms*** came back in to exchange the car, she was told which car she qualifies for, and she isn't obligated to buy the vehicle It was a year newer model, and she was ok with the model, upon leaving the dealership In addition, her trade in license plate tags were left on the car and sold to a wholesaler in Wichita We tried to retrieve the tags, to no avail We will pay for the replacement tags she would have received when she registered her new vehicle, if that helps rectified the irritation Please know that no fraud was intended for either issue. Thank You

Mr*** came into the dealership on April in response to a flier that we sent to people in the greater Kansas City area on a Black Tag Sales eventWhen he came into the dealership he showed interest in buying a four door mid size vehicle and we showed him a *** ***, he said that
he needed to go because his children where tired and he needed to get them to bedWe offered to let him drive the vehicle overnight and come back the next day and finish the negotiation on the *** ***Mr*** returned the next day and we tried to negotiate a deal on the *** *** but Mr*** said he really wanted another car so we showed him a *** *** with approximately 10,miles on itMr*** test drove the car and came back into the dealership and negotiated the deal on the *** *** and we came to terms on the car and Mr*** signed the contracts and drove the car homeThe sales price on the *** *** was $21,and we allowed Mr*** $1,on his *** *** with over miles, he was charged sales tax of $1990.17, $for a paper tag and $199 administrative service fee and he also chose to purchase an extended service contract for $2,so his total to finance $24,during the negotiation we agreed to give him back $after the deal funded at the bank to help with payment assistanceThe above numbers where on the buyers order, the contract, and the menu that Mr*** signed while he was in the finance officeIn the state of Kansas it plainly states on the contract that there is not a cooling off period for the contract and once it is signed that both parties are liable for the contractMr*** did come back to the dealership the next day and we did some work in service, which we completed and he left very happyLater that evening Mr*** called Tim *** the promotion coordinator and said that he could not afford the vehicle and he wanted to return it, Mr*** told Mr*** to come back to the dealership and he would sit down with him and discuss what the problem and set up a meeting with Mr*** for Tuesday April 21, Mr*** call the dealership on April 21, and informed Mr*** that he had been in an accident and wouldn't be able to attend the meeting, he later called and I spoke with Mr*** on the phone and he wanted to know if he could renegotiate the price of the car because he thought he paid to much after he had informed us of the fact that he had wrecked the car and I told him that I would not do thatMr*** didn't pay $26,that he stated in the complaint, he was never told that we would pay his sales taxes for him, but that they where calculated into his payment and would be paid with those proceeds on his behalfI have checked the intenet and vehicles like the one Mr*** purchased are priced from $22,to $19,depending on miles and conditionBefore Mr*** took delivery of the *** *** all the above figures where disclosed, explained, and understood, and he signed several documents which I would be happy to deliver to the Revdex.com with Mr***s permissionI don't feel like we have misrepresented any of the figures or any part of this transaction and because of that I am not willing to renegotiate the price of the car that Mr*** purchased*** ***s Best Cars KC takes a lot of pride in how we treat our customers and will go the extra mile to try to make them happy, but in this particular instance Mr*** has asked for something that isn't a reasonable request. Sincerely,Rob Stevenson, General ManagerBest Cars KC

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I was told the paper was a survey as it states on the on the website I went to when I received the flyerIt said I would fill out a survey for my prize when I got to the dealershipThey asked me questions and the wrote them them downYes I signed it because I was told it was the surveyI am not in the middle of bankruptcyI have been cleared of bankruptcy for almost two yearsWhich is why I never would have had my credit ranI was simple there because I was told I was a winner of somethingIt is going to hurt my credit because hard inquiries are not removed for two years and this one place didn't just add one the added multiple hard inquiries to my creditI spent alot of money and time on my credit to correct it and for them to mess all that up in one day is just wrongSo I think it's only rite for them to correct this and make this rite on their own rather than me taking legal actions with them
