I am rejecting this response because: I was told the paper was a survey as it states on the on the website I went to when I received the flyer. It said I would fill out a survey for my prize when I got to the dealership. They asked me questions and the wrote them them down. Yes I signed it because I was told it was the survey. I am not in the middle of bankruptcy. I have been cleared of bankruptcy for almost two years. Which is why I never would have had my credit ran. I was simple there because I was told I was a winner of something. It is going to hurt my credit because hard inquiries are not removed for two years and this one place didn't just add one the added multiple hard inquiries to my credit. I spent alot of money and time on my credit to correct it and for them to mess all that up in one day is just wrong. So I think it's only rite for them to correct this and make this rite on their own rather than me taking legal actions with them.

I didn't think I still had the email but I came a cross it just now when I was clearing some of my emails out. Also I keep getting letters in the mail from the different places where my information was sent to. I got another as early as last week. This is still affecting my credit and it's been almost a month.---------- Forwarded message ----------From: <[redacted]>Date: Mar 9, 2017 10:11 AMSubject: Thank you for contacting us!To: <[redacted]>Cc: Hello [redacted],Thank you for contacting us.Your winning number has been verified. Mr. [redacted] came into the dealership on April 17 in response to a flier that we sent to 47200 people in the greater Kansas City area on a Black Tag Sales event. When he came into the dealership he showed interest in buying a four door mid size vehicle and we showed him a 2014 [redacted], he said that...

he needed to go because his children where tired and he needed to get them to bed. We offered to let him drive the vehicle overnight and come back the next day and finish the negotiation on the 2014 [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] returned the next day and we tried to negotiate a deal on the [redacted] but Mr. [redacted] said he really wanted another car so we showed him a 2015 [redacted] with approximately 10,000 miles on it. Mr. [redacted] test drove the car and came back into the dealership and negotiated the deal on the 2015 [redacted] and we came to terms on the car and Mr. [redacted] signed the contracts and drove the car home. The sales price on the 2015 [redacted] was $21,481 and we allowed Mr. [redacted] $1,000 on his 2004 [redacted] with over 180000 miles, he was charged sales tax of $1990.17, $5.50 for a paper tag and $199 administrative service fee and he also chose to purchase an extended service contract for $2,000.00 so his total to finance $24,675. during the negotiation we agreed to give him back $400.00 after the deal funded at the bank to help with payment assistance. The above numbers where on the buyers order, the contract, and the menu that Mr. [redacted] signed while he was in the finance office. In the state of Kansas it plainly states on the contract that there is not a cooling off period for the contract and once it is signed that both parties are liable for the contract. Mr. [redacted] did come back to the dealership the next day and we did some work in service, which we completed and he left very happy. Later that evening Mr. [redacted] called Tim [redacted] the promotion coordinator and said that he could not afford the vehicle and he wanted to return it, Mr. [redacted] told Mr. [redacted] to come back to the dealership and he would sit down with him and discuss what the problem and set up a meeting with Mr. [redacted] for Tuesday April 21, 2015. Mr. [redacted] call the dealership on April 21, 2015 and informed Mr. [redacted] that he had been in an accident and wouldn't be able to attend the meeting, he later called and I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on the phone and he wanted to know if he could renegotiate the price of the car because he thought he paid to much after he had informed us of the fact that he had wrecked the car and I told him that I would not do that. Mr. [redacted] didn't pay $26,000 that he stated in the complaint, he was never told that we would pay his sales taxes for him, but that they where calculated into his payment and would be paid with those proceeds on his behalf. I have checked the intenet and vehicles like the one Mr. [redacted] purchased are priced from $22,995 to $19,995 depending on miles and condition. Before Mr. [redacted] took delivery of the 2015 [redacted] all the above figures where disclosed, explained, and understood, and he signed several documents which I would be happy to deliver to the Revdex.com with Mr. [redacted]s permission. I don't feel like we have misrepresented any of the figures or any part of this transaction and because of that I am not willing to renegotiate the price of the car that Mr. [redacted] purchased. [redacted]s Best Cars KC takes a lot of pride in how we treat our customers and will go the extra mile to try to make them happy, but in this particular instance Mr. [redacted] has asked for something that isn't a reasonable request.  Sincerely,Rob Stevenson, General ManagerBest Cars KC

[redacted] came in to the store, gave us her SS #, signed a consent to pull her credit.  She is in the middle of a bankruptcy, and at this time, didn't meet the minimum requirements to obtain financing.  She was aware of the process.  She spoke with our General Manager, [redacted],...

about her current credit situation.  The inquiries won't further damage her credit based on she is already in the middle of a bankruptcy.  I can't send a request reversing the pull when she authorized it.  Sorry for any inconvenience this caused but we can't but we feel [redacted] was aware of the circumstances.   Thank You, Tyra [redacted]
