We stand by our offerWe will continue diagnosis of the alleged light issue at no chargeAt the time of service, all lights were functioningHad they not, we would have offered repair optionsI am sorry things turned out this way, however, we won't be told how or when to charge for diagnosisI feel correct when I say, ALL doctors and dentists charge an office visit plus whatever they do, no matter what they find outAnd will charge even if you don't want or don't like their diagnosisWe haven't had nor will we ever contact the complainant in the futureWe have built a business of years by working on and taking care of valuable customer's cars and will continue to do so

*** *** left her car with us for the complaint of 'malfunction lights' illuminated on her dashboardAt the initial drop-off, nothing was mentioned of headlights not workingTo properly diagnose ANY BMW, especially late models, an OEM diagnostic tool must be usedIt is nearly impossible to
properly diagnose any issue with these sophisticated automobilesAt the time it was here, no issues were found with any lightsIf there had been issues, the IKM module or light module would have notified us of an issueUpon further visual inspection, no lights appeared to be inoperativeWe always perform a safety inspection just to make sure there aren't any unknown issues with a carThis inspection was performed free of charge, independent of the diagnostics for the 'malfunction lights on dash'. As for the claim we harassed her at work numerous times with threatening comments is falseWe did call to try and find out why she would leave untruthful and information in a reviewAfter a discussion with on of the associates at her work, we never called againWe never cursed, threatened or in any way violated her personal spaceWe only wanted an explanationMoreover, she called us the next morning and demanded, in a rude tone, that we refund her moneyWe told her if she wanted us to take another look at it, we would do at no chargeThis was offered three times and again as a response to the false, negative reviewHer significant other began to call us and threatened personal violence on us if we didn't complyThis happened twiceI have recorded the phone call for future reference. I feel our diagnostic fees and services are fair and within reasonJust because the outcome isn't what the customer expected or wanted, doesn't mean they won't be chargedDo dentists charge an office visit even if you don't desire dental work? Do they charge if you ask what's wrong and you don't get the answer you expected? Absolutely they doShould I go online a leave a review because they charged me and I didn't get the answers I wantedAbsolutely not! Coming from a semi professional source, I would expect her to have a sense of professionality about services and their chargesI guess we are held a lower standard for our professional services.I stand by our fees and will not reimburse. *** ***OWNER AND MANAGER

In reviewing the businesses response, I must only add that there are several falsities in their claimsUpon initially calling the business to ask if I needed to schedule to have my car looked at I specifically stated that both of my headlights were not working, and this was stated again upon drop off in which my father was with meIn addition my *** review was only made after I called the following morning to inquire about why I was being charged for something when they did not check what I had brought my vehicle in for and asked about a refund but was rudely told no and hung up onThat is when I left the negative review and that is when I was informed from my work that they called and told my office manager that ‘they should know what kind of dishonest employee they have and should be fired’ and that they were going to call every day multiple times until they are able to speak with my bossI believe they have stopped calling because I have already reported them to the police department and informed them of it with an addition to my google review.
