Thank you for forwarding Ms*** complaint to our attentionWe regret that items may have been
damaged while in our care but we do have an established process in place to handle any moving related damage and loss claims. In order to properly address Ms*** concerns we ask that she submit a claim for review and considerationOur claim administrator has emailed claim forms and directions to Ms*** so that she may submit a claim as required by our tariff and Federal lawClaims must be postmarked within months from the date the shipment was delivered. We apologize for any damage which may have occurred and ask that Ms*** submit a claim for consideration Thank You

Thank you for forwarding Ms***‘s complaint to our attentionWe would like to offer the following response: In the Delivery Info section of the estimate of Ms*** received, it clearly indicates that shipments are generally delivered within tobusiness days of
the 1st date of availability with a maximum delivery window of up to business daysOur records show that Ms*** has received delivery of her shipment however delivery may have exceeded the stated delivery window
Our contract contains a clause describing the per diem compensation that shippers are eligible for in the event of a delayed deliveryThe per diem is either deducted from the balance due at the time of delivery or handled in the context of a claim after delivery has occurredWe will reach out to Ms*** to coordinate the process so that Ms*** is compensated for our delay
We regret that we experienced delays in finding a carrier to delivery Ms***’s shipmentMs*** is eligible for compensation as delivery exceeded the stated delivery windowThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and recover all of my loses, if it does, I will consider this complaint resolved.However, I have already submitted a full packet of my missing items to [redacted]  on August 10, 2014.  I received a letter of rejection from the Anthem stating that USA Moving & Storage rejected my claim.  I have a receipt from the [redacted] with the date my paper work/full packet was mailed. As of 12/11/2014, I received an email from [redacted], asking me to submit my information again.  I will resubmit, but they already have all of my information with Claim forms submitted, and with photos attached.I will resubmit to [redacted].
