Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] Anything that is impractical and impossible is not any kind of a resolution at all This is an insult to me and worse than if the owner had made no response at all He knows there is no way the dirt can be returned, though I will be more than happy to bring the owner all the trash I have removed from it Obviously the owner knew this at the time he made his response and therefore, no kind of resolution or agreement was ever intended on his part This response was appalling and absolutely unacceptable I can't believe this business has been in business for as long as it has if this is how they treat their customers
