Customer was given a bid in writing for $We completed the job in a shorter amount of time than expected so we only ended up charging him $585.After we were done with the job and handed the customer the bill he stated that he had a verbal conversation with Pete AFTER he had received
our email and Pete agreed to lower the price of the bid to $Pete has no recollection of the conversation but he talks to many, many people everyday and knows that he could have forgotten about itWe are sending the customer a check in the amount of $today

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed So it's funny he deleted our review we wrote on his *** page and used everything I complained about as if they offered it to me It's all lies and very poor customer service I would never ever recommend anyone to them as they don't care for there customer At this point I am not sure what to do this was most likely a waste of my time cause this is getting no where Just know this company should be inspected on how they do business

Business went to customer's house and was not able to duplicate the reported leak. The customer's father said he had been running the water prior to their arrival and he too was unable to duplicate the leak. Father thought perhaps it was valves and so valves were changed., per the father's request....

Business told father perhaps it was a sewer issue and asked if they should run a test? The father said no and declined the cable run through.  Business suggested the customer cap the open pipe but apparently that was never done, thereby damaging the floor. Business was at the job between 60-90 minute and has all the paperwork of what was done/said with the father's signature if needed. Business has done nothing wrong, did everything asked of them, and therefore a refund is not available.
