Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meIn regards to the reference that I would call and drop the complaint after speaking with Mr [redacted] I did try to contact the Revdex.com the same evening I spoke with this gentleman, unfortunately, since I had submitted the claim online I was unable to resolve or withdraw the complaint until I was contacted with this email Thank you for your understanding,

To whom it may concern:In regards to complaint ID ***, The customer called over the phone, claiming to have a gift certificate hand written on a business card from the previous ownerWe offered to honor of the gift certificate oil changes, even though It was purchased from the
previous ownerWe have since spoken and I have agreed to honor the entire gift card for oil changes and the customer stated that she would call to drop this complaint.Regards,Leon A, President
