The said customer was not due a refund for the server in which he/she signed up for and was informed of this when the cancellation was received on our end.It was instructed that cancellation could be proceeded with immediately or wait until the end of the bill cycle, but there was not a refund that
would be issued as is states in our terms of service.The customer did not respond back to the email but rather elected to engage in an online chat where he/she informed our rep that a dispute was being filed with the credit card company. We have no control over a cardholder disputing and if that happens, we respond accordingly to Merchant Services to resolve.Thanks
