I am rejecting this response because:
When we called to make an appt we were never told of any cost for a tech to come outWe were only made aware after the tech finishedThis is not a 'claim' but rather a factThis company failed to inform us of any costWhen I called on 3/I spoke to a woman who asked if I inquired about a cost prior leading me to believe they do not tell their customers about this costI do not feel what this company is doing is ethical and I feel it needs to be resolved

On January 22, the ***'s scheduled a service call to repair a Thermador range with top burner ignition problemsOn January 26 our technician diagnosed the problems and the customer paid with a credit card and signed the receiptThe following day we advised the customer of the cost
of the failed parts and the approximate labor charges to install themOn March Ms *** called my office and "claims" she was never advised of our service and labor charges to come to her house and diagnose the problem with the rangeWhen I spoke with Ms *** I advised that we do not give free estimates and explained that she was billed the minimum amount for this service
