Dear Sir or Madam:Please do not consider this complaint closed based on La Rosa del Monte's feedback Per the attached document the painting was delivered on 6/*/not on 6/*/ Since the item was crated, it took the Gallery Director a day to take it appart and discover the damages to the painting The damages were immediately notified to La Rosa del Monte on 6/**/(business day after the delivery), with pictures documenting the damages The intention was for La Rosa Del Monte to process a claim to the insurance company for the damaged but I never received formal communication between the Insurance company and La Rosa Del Monte in connection to my claim.Claiming that the few spritzers of water added to the back of the painting caused these damages is absurd and as stated by La Rosa Del Monte, their crew was there They are the experts in shipping If they knew this would cause damages to the painting they should have advised me not to do so In turn, they didn't say anything about it Regardless, spraying paintings in the back with a bit of water is customary among gallerists and artists to ensure that the canvas doesn't loose its tension.La Rosa del Monte is clearly at fault I did not hire them to deliver a $15,painting and damage it while in their possession I hired them to deliver the painting safely to its destination, which they obviously didn't do based on photographs and details provi by the Gallery Director in Ohio Their inability to accept responsibility clearly speaks of their business practices and I will pursue this further to ensure that no one else has to go through the same bad experience when using their services.

In regards to the complaint of *** *** ***, she states we have imposed late fees and her storage bill for monthsShe attempted to contact the person in charge of her billing with no successTo respond to her complaint, we will remove the fees for each monthUnfortunately, it was a clerical
error for which the fees were billed to herAs of now, her statement has been updated accordingly and we will mail her a new statement

As per complaint No*** Based of on the complain by *** ***La Rosa Del Monte notified her that we were not able to perform her move on May **, as it was scheduled, she had the option to cancel the service with La Rosa Del Monte or seek the service with another moving company
Our team in Orlando FL agreed with *** *** to do the move on June **,she had no problem with such date*** *** had the opportunity between May and June to make all arrangement that it was necessaryunfortunately we are not able to make any refund to her,but we offer 5% discount to you on her next shipment with usWhenever you place your next order with our company, you can avail this discount on the final bill valueBest Regards, Carlos F*

The numerous calls I placed to the business trying to reach a resolution was met with my calls being transferred from the Miami office, to the Orlando office and then to the New York office and no one apologized for delay or for the fact my shipment was sent to the wrong locationMy shipment was delayed and no one was able to provide me with the explanation provided to me as a response to my complaintI entered into a contract with this company in which I paid for the services in total and up front. The reply received does not compensate adequately for the troubles I experiencedApart from the fact that the shipment was delayed, my boxes were received torn and brokenEvery single box was tornI witnessed the delivery crew taping up the boxes as they were removing the boxes from the truckWhen I inquired about the poor state in which the boxes arrived in; the delivery guy stated his job was to delver the shipment and could not provide an explanation as to the conditions of the boxesI asked if the boxes were exposed to water and again he replied he could not provide an explanation as to the conditions of the boxesIf this company was indeed sorry for the delay in my delivery and the negative experienced caused by their poor business ethics they would refund me the money paid; if not in it's totality than a partial refund will be accepted.
