My car only had miles on it when something flew up from the freeway and made a dent in the hood Michael's did an excellent job on the repair You can't tell it was ever damaged They were polite, professional and completed the work when they said they would Very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to others

Did a complete *** job on my Audi, then got an attitude with me about it They completely destroyed my rear wiper and wiper motor trying to remove them, looks like they closed the hatch on bits of glass causing a dent and gouges in the paint along the side of the lift gate, and the hatch was full of glass when I went to pickup the carso they had to take the whole door apart again and clean it while I waited Julie got in my face and got an attitude with me when I asked that the glass be properly cleaned out of my car What Michael promises will be done, and what the shop actually does are two totally different things Can't trust these people, avoid at all costs

Our car was damaged during a hail storm this summer (July 2016)Our insurance adjuster took a few weeks to come see the car and give us an estimate, so we were finally able to bring our car to Michael's Auto Body for body and glass repairs in the beginning of August
It is now October and they still have our carThey have requested more money for repairs twice from our insurance company, told our insurance company that they don't have the expertise to fix the car, promised us our car on two different dates, and failed to deliver us a fixed car both timesIn all cases, we have had to contact them to find out the status of our car, our insurance claim, and our delivery date, and every time we expect to be picking up the car, we only find out on the day of that we will not be bringing it home
We have been down to one car for more than three months and when we have complained to Michael's about the situation they aren't sorry and don't treat us as respectable customers, but te
