I am responding to your correspondence dated 9/5/17Specifically complaint # [redacted] I have spoken to the manager involved, and he does agree there was a confrontation, but it wasn't initiated by himThe customer came in the store with aggression from the very beginning? The store was busy and she had to wait before she could place her order,so EVERYTHING and EVERYONE started on the wrong footIt is NOT an unusual expectation for a stromboli to take minutes to be cookedWe make everything to order and from scratch, we don't have food laying aroundWe're not MacDonald'sWhen your complainant asked for a refund because she didn't want to wait any longer, she was given the appropriate refundShe kept the pizza, so a partial refund was givenAs for the manager talking (XXXX)THAT is completely FALSE? I placed an order with this company on 2/8/The delivery driver came, and when he told me how much my order was, I gave him $As I was expecting my change, he proceeded to walk off I asked him "where's my change?" He responded, "it's not that serious." So I said if not that serious, why are you walking off with my change? Once exchange was made, he turns to me and says that if he has to come with another order, we would be last Very unprofessional, but I guess you get what you pay for
