With Revdex.com facilitating this compliant, it is very important for them to be aware of the steps we have taken to evaluate and repair your camper With initial findings back in June of water getting into your camper, we towed the camper--at no charge--from your location in Concord, NH back to our facility in South Burlington, VT Upon inspection of the camper, we made repairs--at not charge--to correct tracking issues on the slideouts (the reason why water was entering the interior of the camper)In addition, to eliminate any chance for precipitation from entering the camper via slideouts, aftermarket slidetoppers were installed--at no charge. To rule out leaking from the roof, a full inspection was completed and found it to be completely soundEven so, Owner *** *** offered--at no charge--a lifetime guarantee on the camper roofWe then--at no charge--transported the camper from South Burlington back down to Concord, NHIn the fall of 2013, the customer brought the camper in for voluntary winterization serviceWhile completing this service, our technician also performed--at no charge--a roof inspection and spot sealed wherever necessary (which is part of regular camper maintenance). No leaking or water damage were detectedAt no time during drop-off or pidid the customer mention anything about the camper leakingIn the fall of 2014, after another camping season, customer reported the camper was leaking and causing damage to the interior of the camper. We proceeded to once again, tow the camper--at no charge--from Concord to South BurlingtonWe thno charge--completed an intensive inspection of the slideouts and ceiling and roof structure and found no evidence of leaking due to faulty or degraded construction. During this inspection, the television was damaged. It was replaced--at no charge--with an upgraded modelThe customer pointed out a couple of areas on the camper's wall board that appeared to be bubbling due to water damage. Further inspection of these areas showed them to actually be caused by minor stretching of the wallboard materialThis is a common occurrence in campers due to aging and structural shifting when the camper is being towed. This intensive inspection was documented in pictures and a video and shared with the customer (the pictures can be re-sent if you did not receive them the first time. I have also attached copies of the work orders to this response which show in further detail the work we performed. Since we did not find any significant damage to the roof or slideouts, warranty does not come in to play rendering communications or further communications from the manufacturer. The point person handling your case continues to be service manager Ed Krempecke. Please continue your ongoing communications with him. We've been keeping your camper in our secure storage lot--at no charge--and appreciate it if you and ** work out a pidate Your camper will be prepped and ready upon your scheduled arrival date. Finally, we will continue to honor ***'s roof guarantee for the life of your camper

This is what we have been doing with them since we bought the camper. We speak to someone, they tell us Petes RV and Crossroads are not taking back camper. Pete's RV gives us names of people who do not respond from Crossroads RV and here we are. Not one Management person has contacted *** or myself and they are well aware we don't want this camper at all through their staff. We have told the Sales Manager, *** *** ** *in Service, *** *** (***) at Crossroads RV Customer Service, we are not keeping this defective camper and we are not trading to buy another one to have the same issues again and get the run around. No

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2016/12/07) */
This complaint was filed before the customer returned to pick up his camperThe Service Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager conferred on the details of this situationThe decision was made to not charge the customer for any of
the work completedThis included Pete's RV absorbing the cost of the out-of-warranty work, and diagnostic feeTherefore, there is nothing to refundWe understand that the customer is not completely satisfied with his service experience, but we did take every reasonable action to make good by completing the work and not billing the customerWhile we consider this case closed, if necessary, we can provide paperwork with work order details, showing no balance owed by customer
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2016/12/07) */

I was not charged only after speaking with the president of the corporationHad it been left up to the staff at Pete's RV, I would have been chargedWhen picking up my camper, staff again, was extremely rudePete's has a real problem with customer service, and a complete lack of communication with customersMy camper was not repaired to my satisfactionI do not trust the service department or the employees of Pete's RV to be honest
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 18, 2016/12/14) */
The work was not completed as Pete's statesThe full size door when in place does not stay in the door frameThe door is bowed and Pete's is ignoring that part of the repair

[With a $27,brand new purchase, I would expect a no charge pifor a leaking camper since the very first use of the camper. The problem is you are missing two service logs of two other times the camper was picked up and brought to you by *** the driver for water leakage. Your service records are incomplete. Pete's RV is now mentioning a stretching membrane which was never mentioned to us, the reason they told us (either *** or **) was a defective ceiling panel, which they said was told to them by Crossroads RV. *** *** *** of Crossroads RV Customer Service said he didn't know about any defective ceiling panels, but was aware of leaking roofs on the particular model camper we own Also, we never received a mention of the broken TV until we received the service invoice the other day from ** ** of Pete's RV Service. Through countless phone conversations and e-mails, they never mentioned they broke the TV in the back. I am uploading images of the camper ceiling before Pete's RV picked it up in September (*** from the Revdex.com asked me to send them to ***). These photos show water damage not a moving membrane and this damage is not throughout the front area of the camper. The only areas of this camper that have ceiling damage are all the areas that water came in the camper. We toured many campers last fall, some were new, some were a year old trade in and had been towed, some were years old and none of them showed that type shifting ceiling unless they were about years of age and had significant water damage. Your efforts to hide this issue is why I have asked the Revdex.com to step in. We are still going in circles and this camper does have water damage. In addition to being just over a year old, the camper bump out did not work, the main computer system was blown and water was pouring in our camper our last trip in September, those are the facts. When it comes to saying we went a year leak free, that is because there are two service records missing. This is why we are asking for the Revdex.com's help. We have been doing this with Pete's RV and Crossroads for over months, almost 9.?Regards,
