Great sales when buying brand new but that is where it ends! Customer service is the worst everTook months to get new awning lights that stopped working week two & even longer for the A/C & heater parts to replace the fact that both came on at same time when thermostat was off! We actually had to hire a repairman who they eventually paid! Took a year to get mattress replaced, since it turned into a seesaw shortly after buying the trailer! Avoid this business at all costGo to Country Camper, a bit more in cost but they truly care about there customers even after the sale!!
