Thank you very much for running such a great shop I got to meet your family in the front office and talk to Xxxx and Xxxx as well in the back shop My family, to include in-laws and more distant family, have faithfully used your services to rebuild all of our transmissions over the years We are a family of classic cars and Hot Rods We build up our engines but when it comes to transmissions we trust no body but you
Recently I brought in my Ctransmission for a rebuild after years of faithful service in my Ford FHot Rod I know the transmission looked pretty bad to me but not for you and your expert staff It was great that you got me a ride home from your front office when I left my truck, which was unexpected The price was upfront and a great value, the time to repair was spot on, and when I came to pick it up, Xxxx and Xxxx were there to make sure I was happy with it
I truly wish there were more shops out there that took time, not to just give good customer service, but to make you feel like you are part of the family Thank you for running a great company and taking care of me and my families transmission needs

I felt very confident from the moment we arrivedMy friend and I brought my car down on a trailerWe didn't know how to drive the car off of the trailerYour employee was so helpful and drove it off and even reassembled the trailerI would definitely use this company again and have already recommended Pete's transmission to our friends and customersThank you so much!

*** *** did not notify our company of any problems with the unit he purchased until after he filed a complaint with the Revdex.com We sold *** *** a rebuilt transmission only for $ We did not install the unit in his vehicle He either did this work
himself, or paid another person to do it There are technical steps that need to be taken in order to ensure that the transmission works once it is installed in the vehicle Although we are not liable for poor installation, we did explain to *** *** that we would gladly look at the whole vehicle to determine what was failing and fix it if it was related to the transmission We offered this at no cost to him He said that he would need to make arrangements to get the vehicle to our shop and would call back laterWe spoke with him at 8:am on February 23, This was prior to our knowledge of a formal complaint being filed with the Revdex.com We have since attempted to contact *** *** and have gotten no answerWe are simply waiting to hear from *** *** so that we can address the trouble he is having with the vehicle I have attached the original invoice with this complaint A "bench" unit was purchased This means that *** *** brought his removed transmission to us and exchanged it for a rebuilt unit and took it home to install it into his vehicle We are currently waiting to hear from *** *** regarding his vehicle We are more than willing to help him with his transmission problems *** ***
