First timer at Peter B's and I won't be going back. The band was great "The [redacted]" will definitely go and see them play somewhere/anywhere else. However the service was terrible from the moment we walked in the door. The server who supposedly according to the "owner" has been here for 20 years couldn't tell us what on the menu she would recommend. We ordered burgers, a chicken salad, beers and a glass of water. We wanted to start a tab and she told us that they needed to hold a credit/debit card. No problem with that totally understandable. As the night went on the place got pretty busy and our service continued to get slower and slower. At one point she came over and I asked for another round of drinks with a glass of water...she brought the drinks but brought a bottle of water along with our tab. Our tab which she ran without our consent (we were told that in order to start a tab they would need to hold a credit/debit card, we wanted to pay cash) came and on it was the charge for the bottle of water but not for the glass of water. When I questioned our server about it I was told "that once the band starts to play we do bottles of water instead of glasses. Quite irritated at this point I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that owner was aval...I talked to Terry who I explained this was my first time at this establishment and wasn't sure if I would be coming back. She said "she was sorry to hear that and that the card should not have been ran but the bottle of water charge was due to the pop/water guns running slow". Not quite happy with this I wanted to make sure the owner "Dean" who was on the premises knew what was going on. After speaking to him I would never recommend this place to anyone. He didn't look at me when I was trying to explain to him what happened, he made excuse after excuse "our servers have been here for 20 years" "we don't give away water, we sell it". At one point I said "I'm trying to tell you about the experience I had and if you don't care just tell me so I can I just leave". He said "I heard you". At this point I knew he didn't care and we decided to leave.
