We are accepting this under duress.  When my husband originally spoke to Matt they were going to call before they came out. We've been here, and question whether this person actually really did show up.  Not all the wood that was out there was wood that was delivered this year.  We don't even know what they measured!  No one even had the common courtesy to even contact us.  So yes, while we will accept the refund it's sad that this relationship with a supplier that we've done business with for many years will end this way.  We will find wood elsewhere to get the required amount.

Our forester ryan was there and inspected the amount of wood and measured the stacks and took pictures and after calculating the stacks he came up with a little over 8 face cords which we will call 8 face cords so we will reiimburse the [redacted] 1.5 face cords for $103.00 Matt

Matthew Herman explained that they tried to deliver the wood but that the consumer refused it at the time, and later there was  none available.
