Our firm has done extraordinary work for our client for 5 years.  We have over 500 work entries and over $17,000 in attorney time helping them.  Their case discharged on 4/3/17. He wants his title and I completely understand that but our firm has NOT received it yet.  MB...

Financial claims they mailed it but it's NOT reached our firm.  We do not control the mail  When we tell him we don't have it, he doesn't believe us.  As soon as we receive his title we will make arrangements for him to get it.  I cannot send him what I don't have.
