vehicle went through the proper Massachusetts Safety Inspection at the point of sale, and was issued a valid Massachusetts Inspection Sticker. At that time, there were again no issues reported or state that would prevent this vehicle from receiving a valid Massachusetts Inspection Sticker. There were no lights on at the time of purchase, nor were there any noted issues with the vehicle. Your Implied [redacted] with us is for 60 days or 2500 miles, whichever come first, from the point of sale. We did not hear from you in that time period. Moreover,. you have an extended [redacted] through [redacted] for 3 years. Although [redacted] covers most major repairs, it is true that tires and other wear and tear items are the responsibility of the owner and not covered by [redacted]. we would be happy to intervene through our representative on your behalf pertaining to the covered items. You contacted us on april 21, 2015 stating that your vehicle was at a [redacted] dealership and also stated that the [redacted] dealership claimed these were pre-existing conditions. I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection commitments before.At the time that the issues began, the car was less than a year in my posession. We have had many $4k worth of work done, with another 3k  to go. That is UNACCEPTABLE for the amount of time we've owned this vehicle. The [redacted] company is hellish to work with and my vehicle was in the shop for six weeks while they determined what they would cover, which was next to nothing.I'm disappointed and furious with all parties involved.
