I rented from them 2003 to 2005 and a half he was around my living quarters way to much I go to Alaska to fish come back my studio burglerized. While paying rent I also got the 3 day pay or vacate I decided not to live there anymore. And now they are facing criminal charges for theft of [redacted]and [redacted].

I have rented from [redacted] for 6 years, in the last year I have had several problems with him. His office is not open always when it says it is which wastes a lot of my time have to keep going back, I had a leak in my wall unit heat/air which I called about and it wasn't taken care of and started to grow mold. It took them 2 months to fix it. Then a lady in the office told me I could put my rent check in the mail as long as it was post marked by the 5th and never sent me one notice or gave me one call for 10 months and let me accrue $450 worth of late fees and then gave me 3 days to pay or be evicted. Then my hot water heater broke and it took them 1 month to fix it. Also [redacted] has peeped through my window on 2 different occasions. Now I'm being evicted for a messy patio which I received no notice ever to clean it up. Someone should take a look at the way he's scamming people and put and end to it!!

Review: I have had extreme difficulty in contacting the office since mid- September by phone or email. Our renter has experienced the same difficulty. PNP is in arrears in paying to me the rental income I deserve. I finally got a statement of financial status on Nov 26 and it indicates. that PNP does owe us money. In addition I find no evidence that I received the payment that's shown as being paid to me on Sept 10. During the period of difficult communications, which is on-going, the renter moved out and I had to discover this myself by letter contact with the renter. Hence, taking care of business was not done properly and my expenses or losses are higher then they should have been.

I am trying to collect the balance owed to me and I have told Peter Nolen that I wish to end the relationship by closing the account and his paying me what's owed to me..Desired Settlement: 1) Send to me the balance owed according to the data received from PNP on or about Nov 26, 2014. 2) Account for the September 10 disbursement shown in PNP data and issue a new check to me for that amount if the check has not cleared the banking system. If the check has cleared send a copy to me.
