I have ordered twice from this guys and both times regretted because the waiting time that he says (about 4 weeks) was never met. And not just that, once they have your money there is no absolutely update on when you will receive your order and you have to chase them and if you are luck they might answer it.
On Jan 27 2020 I ordered and paid for my suit and shirts that should be delivered by the end of Feb 2020. On March 14 he says it should be ready and I will receive it the following week. Nothing happened. On April 4 2020 after not answering my calls and messages I texted that I want my money back. He said now its STATE of Emergency and he cannot send me anything before this emergency ends. LOL. He also said he should complain against me because I am forcing him to go to work. LOL.
He lost another customer for sure.

On March 22nd, 2019- I show up and meet Peter P. to get a made to measure suit. I get measures, pay in full and am informed I would receive a notice in 6-8 weeks when the suit is ready for pick up. I do not hear back from Peter P. until I email him in June 2019. Below is a timeline of the events that has occurred since:
On June 11, 2019 I email Peter to inform him that I am still waiting on my pants
On June 13, 2019 I received an email from Peter P. stating my suit was ready.
The suit pants did not fit, and new pants were to be ordered.
In September 2019 I still have not received new pants.
On September 20th Peter P. confirms that we need to do another refitting for 10am on October 3 2019. I follow up with an email to confirm.
On October 3rd- I email Peter to inform him that I was at his office for the refitting, he was not at his office although he had confirmed that we would be there. The receptionist tried to call him but to no answer. I email him and only get a response that "I shall make a new pair for you"
October 4- I email Peter to ask him how he was going to handle sizing
October 4- I receive the following email from Peter ".... , So sorry I could not make it Calgary this week . I shall be working again on 17th and 18th of October . Can I please meet you any of those 2 days ?"
October 4th- I confirm that I can meet on October 18th for the resizing.
On October 18th I met with Peter at his office takes my measurements. He informs me the pants will be ready for pick up in 10 business days.
ON November 13th I email Peter to ask when I can pick up my pants
- He did not respond
On November 18th- I emailed Peter again asking when I could pick up my pants.
- He did not respond
On Friday November 22 2019 I emailed Peter again about my pants
- He did not respond
On November 29th- I emailed Peter again informing him that I would be filing a complaint unless he responded by Monday.
- He responded immediately stating that the pants would be ready for pick up on Thursday December 5 at any time. He sent me a confirmation email for the time and pick up.
On December 5th, 2019
- I show up to his office, he is not there for a second time. The receptionist goes to his office and says there's no pants for me for pick up. She tries to call Peter on numerous numbers and informs me that no one is picking up.

Horrible experience. The suit had really bad fit.
The entire job was very sloppy. Pants were more tight than leggings. After multiple alterations the entire suit turned out even worse, with oversized arm holes.
Tie was dirty with visible spots

I currently deal with the Peter P. in Edmonton and have had extremely poor service. I am currently in a situation where I have been waiting on an order since November 2018 and was promised I would have the order in time for Christmas. I call on a weekly basis to get an update and I am just told it is not ready.

I had purchased a 3 shirt package in 2017 from Peter Parvez and after the shirts arrived they were all too large. I went in for re-measurement around December 2017 and yet to receive my shirts in June 2018. I have sent 4 emails to Peter Parvez and have yet to hear anything back. The service is unbelievably poor with no presence. A complete rip off and scam as far as I'm concerned.

Desired Outcome

I am looking for a full refund of the money paid to Peter Parvez which is roughly $200.
