Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[The seller not only refused to provide us with a vinyl banner which was requested and which he said he would make (emails attached as proof) but he will not even send over the full resolution file that he is stating we only purchased. He is not responding to any of our calls and/or emails requesting this file. He has our $125 and we never received anything return. Not even the file that he stating we purchased. The original file he sent us is corrupted ( we've asked several IT specialist regarding the file and they said it was sent over corrupted). When requested several times the correct file, the seller will not respond. Yet he has our $125. We have received nothing in return thus far for our payment.]Regards,[redacted]

Hello!   I sent the full res file and it is not corrupted.  I will resend again today.  It is a simple JPEG file.   In the meantime, PayPal reviewed the client complaints and my explanation.   They decided in favor of my Invoice.  The $125 was sent back to me and then the customer sent in this complaint to Revdex.com.    As noted I will honor my Invoice and will resend the file today.  One more note.... she stated numerous phone calls and emails to me.  I recvd one phone call and I responded immediately via email.   And one email stating they could not open the file I sent.  I responded that they tried to take back payment on my Invoice with Paypal.   When resolution was found, I would send again.   It now has been resolved.  It will be resent.    This client obviously is creating stories in attempts to back her claim.

I feel that the photographer was very vague in his emails when I was very specific from the start as to what we were looking to purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund so that we can purchase the vinyl banner since we are going to have to go out and do this ourselves now. IF not a full refund would like the photographer to make the purchase full by completing and shipping our 4x8 vinyl softball banner as requested.
