I was very surprised when I received a letter from Revdex.com note that my auto business had person named Mr *** *** post on public about bad serviceI have been servicing Mr*** *** car ( Toyota Avalon, the date November 12,)Mr *** brought his car to my shop for service, he complained about
his car running badly and no power up hillFirst I took a test drive, I hooked up a scanner tool to show a couple of cylinders miss fireI opened the hood for visual inspection, I note that his car ignition wires chip damagedWires boot full of oil deposits, took one spark plug out and a lot of carbon depositsI checked the coils and found some arcing overheatingI showed Mr *** *** what I saw when he was standing by and I strongly recommended his car a big tune up because these parts checked out bad and were still original partsIt's an year old car and has 160,000k milesI quoted him $which included coils pack, ignition wires set,spark plugs and additional air filter ( clog dirty of dirt ) oil change ( no oil on dipstick ) fuel injection clean (pm)I told him that in my experience, these bad parts most likely caused the car to misfire and need to be fixed one step at a timeAfter tune up the car ran goodI called him to pickup car, he came in with no money and asking for test drive and go to the bank get moneyHe came back with $and told me he will pay the remain balance the week after ( but never paid ) A week after services he called in and told me that his car is running rough again, then I told him needed to bring his car back to do an inspection check, but he didn'tweek after that he called and want me to refund money, I told him that he still owes me $and I asked him why I have to refund money, he told me he brought his car to others shop they checked out that injector is bad( which is happen a week after the tune up ) I can't control his old car, if he wants to, just bring the car back and I will take care of that, but Mr*** didn't show up. Mr *** ***All your words is " LIES " not trueIf you want some free stuff, let do the right way, do not hurt people business like this, I'm here to working hard to earn my living, helping my customer car care need.
