I have requested redemption of my earned rewards in the amount of $by email times, and via phone once I have yet to receive the redeemed rewards despite being told via my phone request that I would receive them Upromise provided all customers an email noting we could receive a check payout of earned rewards before the end of CYif we requested one but could not receive such a payout after DEC I would like such a redemption and requested it times via email and once via phone Upromise has my information to issue the check redemption

I’ve been a member of UPromise since 5/5/ Over that time I have earned $to help pay college expenses through their programs Fall of last year they changed their program As instructed, therefore, I designated an appropriate savings account for automatic transfer of full amount Their website states money will transfer on the 1st of the month and money has not transferred I tried to contact customer service for resolution Became concerned after reading many comments on their site; it appears many others haven’t gotten their money either and now people are getting no response when contacting customer service so their is no way to contact this company

During my request for a "forgot password" request, I did not receive an email to reset my password Upon calling the customer service line for help, I was told that function has not worked since 11/20/and would not be resolved until 11/26/ Therefore, all of my valid online purchases (Black Friday) would not earn any points as they were unable to help me access my account Therefore, anyone who was trying to reset their password would not be able to use the site In addition, I asked if the site would honor valid online purchases later in order to compensate members that had made online purchases made between the period of 11/20-11/26/The answer was no

Enrolled Upromise college savings, and was approved for credit card UpromiseI also have a Priceline credit card same bankInterest rate Upromise 21.99% tied to college saving and pay a yearly service fee to have credit cardPriceline credit card is 15.99% same bank no college savingsPayments made on time, been a customer for years and this is negative part when same bank has higher interest rate the one tied to the college savingExactully how am I suppose to save , if the interest is high and promoting a college savingsThis is poor business practice and actually, I am not receiving a cash back as promised , estif the interest is so high I am actually paying the bank back the cash back rewardsThe program is and very misleading !

I have cash back from my credit card and tried to transfer it to my uPromise accountMy bank transferred the funds to uPromise in approximately daysIt has been sitting as Pending with uPromise for another days alreadyWhen I called to inquire, they said that it can take up to days to complete the transfer and the funds to be available in my accountThen, to get the funds after that, it takes another 4-weeks for me to receive a check from uPromiseThey do not offer any option to receive the funds by transfer to my bankSo, it effectively takes months to receive the cash back that I've earnedThis is preposterousBank transfers take hours MAX, and their policy to only send checks once per month is clearly a ploy to keep my money for as long as possible

I signed up for a UPromise credit card to help save money for my grandson's college education Before I even received the card my email box was flooded with email advertisements from UPromise I understand that email advertisements are their primary way of letting customers know of specials from other companies The emails have an UNSUBSCRIBE link in them which I have been clicking on since day one trying to get unsubscribed Being unable to unsubscribe, I contacted the company and cancelled my credit cardHowever, I am still receiving unwanted emails I contacted them again on August 18, by email asking them to quit flooding my email box I was told the same thing that their website says, "it takes business days to be unsubscribed" It has definitely been over business days since my first request to unsubscribe AND I no longer have their credit card but they won't stop sending me these emails Please help me

Upromise ran a promotion during the summer of where they would provide an extra 4% cash back on purchases made with their credit card I used that credit card to purchase a new refrigerator The purchase was made on July 5th during this certain promotion Their policy is the money should post between to weeks At that time I contacted Upromise and was told that they would look into the issue One the meantime I've emailed them times All responses are them telling me they are still working on it I've provided all info they have requested I've also received phone calls from them telling me that I would receive my money within days The last email I sent was on 2/5/

I have been a Upromise parent for years Thru Upromise I received nearly $2,in funds back from shopping They have been really easy to work with and keep improving on the website Compared to other similar sites they are easier and faster to get paid for everyday shopping You need to read the process and follow it

Hello, I have using Upromise for my cash rewards, and my current balance which is available to withdraw is $27, I have not violate any policies and regulations from Upromise, but they closed my account and refused to issue the check for the balance in my accountThey steal the money from my account by closing my account with a non-sense reason

I have MULTIPLE online hotel stays, that I specifically booked through the Upromise website, in order to earn cash back in my Upromise account. The funds rarely post automatically (like they are supposed to), so I always have to email Upromise to get them to look into the issues and post my funds manually. This has been going on for years. I currently have 6 hotel stays that were booked through Upromise, that I have not received the funds in my Upromise account. I have sent emails to the Upromise Customer Care center for all 6 of these (individual emails sent for each hotel stay). Instead of issuing me the funds, Upromise keeps sending me generic email responses that say they are sorry, "it is taking longer than expected" to resolve the issue with the merchant. All 6 of my unfunded hotel stays are from either February or March, so it has now been 5 to 6 months and between 150 to 180 days since those hotel stays. I strated a UPROMISE college program years ago and I have been trying to get the $40 out for months as my daughter is a senior in college.It now says it was transfered to an account but I never gave them an account before today! I have emailed them over 10 times, see that others have the same complaint and I am fed up

UPromise states on their website that funds are transferred the first of every month When you call customer service because you don't have your funds The customer service agents say 5-days Well today is day and I still don't have my funds I used this service in good faith and they are being fraudulent in distributing funds
