This being the first time that the daycare used our services, the director didn't realize that the order forms needed to be returned to us along with payment This delayed orders and made for confusing orders for prints We are gladly refunding this customer's complete payment without
the return of pictures that customer received We want happy customers! For the record, the only refunds (out of an otherwise perfect season of hundreds of daycares) were from this daycare Most of the clients of this daycare had mercy and grace for the director
