*** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***Good AfternoonI understand that you are requesting a rebuttal in regards to the merchant documentation you have received.I would like to start of saying that it is invalid that business tried to contact me numerous times, when in reality they have contacted me twice and I talked to them both times as I was patiently waiting for the to get back to meNumerous times they have dodged my calls and I can provide all my phone records upon request - if needed please let me know, I am able to provide those as they are being dishonestAlso I left numerous of voicemail's in attempt to resolve this issueWhenever I called this merchant I was constantly given the run around adising a supervisor would get back to me, a supervisor only got back to me once.It is not correct that they paid for transmission because the weller (company who manufactures transmission) gave new transmission as there was warranty on the transmission, therefore the merchant did not pay for thatFinally they agreed to pay for labor and I was willing to pay for parts even though this was never my fault and all of this was caused by bad job and customer service they provided to mePrice for labor was $1,and shopping supplies $(which belongs to labor) all together $1,and it is nowhere close to $1,(the credit the merchant offered) even though we agreed that they will pay for labor and I will pay for partsTherefore I do not agree with this credit as they need to issue a credit of $1990.00.On December 30th after not working for a month I decided to pay for the truck with my own money again as I have to support my family and pay for bills and I had to start workingI called them again on December 13th and tried to resolve this problem again and left voicemail to their service manager but he never responded to resolve this issueI want them to pay $1,for labor and shopping supplies and I paid for parts per verbal agreement.This company has done nothing for me, therefore I am asking for your assistancePlease assist me in getting my $back as they will not work with me and the manager will not return my numerous calls for assistanceThis company is awful, they are constantly giving me the run around and nothing can be resolved with them. Thank you for your time and assistance, it is greatly appreciated.

The customer has been contacted directly.  We got his transmission paid for, and then offered to pay for the intall labor of $1500.  The customer refused to accept our offer.  We have tried numerous times to contact the customer, and have had no success.  It is our mission to...
