I bought a washing machine from Peterborough Appliances, and had issues with the cleaning of the clothes and the residue left on the clothesThere was still months left on the warranty
P.Ahad me call the manufacturer -- told me to "complain as much as you can, hopefully they'll do something for you" When they didn't, I complained again to P.A Technicians were sent to assess the machine, there was nothing found that was wrong other than IT DIDN'T WASH THE CLOTHES Apparently that's OK though In the end it was a back and forth game, all the while my responsibility For a locally owned business, they have *** customer service They are happy to sell you an appliance, but when you're out the door you're on your own
