Several months ago I took my car into CalAlta N.E for a chip repair I was from out-of-town and this place was suggested I went in with FOB's and later realized I only had one I called the office and was told the missing FOB wasn't there, the technician had left it on my windshield We went back and scoured the parking lot and the road which we had used to exit No FOB The next morning we went back to the business and talked with another technician who informed us that the person who had worked on my car had not put the FOB on the windshield but ON THE HOOD OF THE CAR! He went on to tell us that their practice is that the key is handed back to the customer when finished The technician came into the office when the job was completed to tell me the car was ready, WHY DID HE NOT HAND ME THE FOB THEN CalAlta maintains they are NOT responsible to replace my FOB I offered to cost-share to replace the FOB but no way Unbelievable That a company is still in business with this kind of service is beyond me

Fast, efficient and courteous service, and with a promotional offer they are running right now, we got a great dealWould highly recommend Cal Alta based on this very positive first experience
It was evident from the moment we walked in the door that this was a business with a differenceThe reception area was spotless, pleasant and efficiently arrangedThe owner and his assistant were doing the bookings, very efficiently and politely handling all inquiries and arrangementsThe working relationship between the front reception and the installers was very cooperative and pleasant, as was the overall atmosphere in the businessWe had been told to expect an hour and a half to two hours for the repair, and it was finished in just over an hourThe workmanship looks very good at this time, and is fully covered by their warranty

I was told about this business from a family member. I booked the appointment and brought in our Honda CRV on July 22nd. Great service and the price was very reasonable. I will return for a replacement next time and I will not have to check around.
