service guys told me [redacted] renter told them he had somebody there before us and the repair they made was not proper. The crack in the pipe was not from us because the crack was not a fresh crack or it would have look like a new crack not a crack that has had moister, debris and dirt causing it to look like its been there a while. On 8-10-16 my office got a call from a person [redacted] saying she was with [redacted] bank and wanted me to tell her how I was going to refund [redacted] and if not she was reimbursing him it all I said you can't do that. Then told her I will review and call Revdex.com give them my thought then they can deal with him because there will be no conversations with him from this office. Ten minutes later she called back again and ask for me [redacted] ask for her supervisors name, phone and what [redacted] is she with and she would not give it to us so again conversation was over on our end. Ten minutes later she called again and again something caller ID said out area. [redacted] ask again for the supervisors name, what [redacted] she was with and phone and would not give us that info.
