Review: At approximately 3:30P on October 26th, 2015 when I was leaving my property to do some errands, I found that a [redacted] Concrete truck had driven across the front of my property and was parked on my lawn waiting to get into the neighboring property to bump a load of concrete where a new foundation was being poured . . . it had rained all morning and I could see that the tires of the truck had sunk in several inches and there was a rut. I got out of my car and asked the driver to move off of the front of my property . . . he pulled ahead across my driveway and onto the shoulder of the property where he was waiting to get into. I got my mail and went to ask him when his company would be out to fix the damage that he had caused. His response was, [redacted] I got the company name and phone number off of the side of his truck and when I pulled out of my driveway and around him to leave, he gave me the finger. I went to the company office in Marinette and made a formal complaint telling the person behind the desk what had happened, that I wanted the damage fixed, and that I didn't want any more of their trucks driving across or parking on my front lawn which I cut and maintain. I waited a week and nothing happened so I called the Green Bay office and spoke to the person in charge there telling him what happened and he assured me that he would look into this and be up to take a look at the damage in the next couple of days, and that he would get back to me. The next day when I went out to get my mail, I noticed that someone had ruffed up the ground with their foot that had gotten pushed up on either side of the rut that was made by the 20" front tire of the truck, and I have not heard anything more from the main office. The rut is still there and has not been fixed.Desired Settlement: I want the rut filled in, compacted so that the area is once again completely smooth to comtinue to be able to cut the grass so that I am not causing damage to my lawnmower and blades because of the negligence of their driver. I have also filed a complaint with the Marinette County Sheriffs Department and was told by the officer that I spoke to that should I have to hire someone to repair this damage that I will be able to sue in Small Claims court and that I will surely win all costs incurred.
