Peter's Highline Automotive Reviews (4)

Sloppy careless work. Had shocks and struts installed and they damaged two areas of my front suspension. Had to bring truck back twice to have corrected. Told me they would repair even though they were not responsible after calling me a "mooch"

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I just want to state I never was told to contact my insurance I only did so when I felt this process was taking too long and I was curious why I hadn't received an email confirmation confirming the new claim.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We have tried to help Mr. [redacted] extensively with the alignment on his 2004 Ford E350 Box Van.  It is true that this vehicle is too large for our alignment machine and we do have to out source this service.  On the last visit dated 2/24/2016 we did pay another shop $100.00 to have Mr....

[redacted]s vehicle aligned due to the fact his complaint was the wearing of the tires.  Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle is considered commercial so the sublet company does not give a warranty due to the fact the truck is loaded with different amount of weight that can effect the ride, camber and caster of an alignment.  We did help pay for Mr. [redacted]'s last set of tires in August of 2014.  We do feel for Mr. [redacted]'s frustration with this issue.

I would first like to apologize to Ms. [redacted] that when she had a complaint it was not addressed in a timely matter when she returned.  The first time Ms. [redacted] was here in the beginning of December we followed the instructions of [redacted] and we waited for Ms. [redacted] to contact them for...

a week.  We have to wait for the insurance companies approval before we can start any kind of repairs.  Where I feel we failed Ms [redacted] is when she returned with a noise and it was not properly taken care of swiftly.  I had put one member of my staff in charge of calling Ms. [redacted] and I specified to make sure she is happy.  To please have her get her vehicle in and taken care of.  All the work that was billed to Ms. [redacted] was completed to her vehicle and I am embarrassed that there is a chance that there could have been a loose bolt..  We have procedures for quality control and somehow was over looked.  Myself or any of my staff of thirty years has never taken advantage of a woman, we also hold a high standard for customer service. Due to the fact that my instructions were not followed I would be content to send Ms. [redacted] a refund of $200.00 for her troubles.Thank you for your help in this matter.Gratefully,[redacted]Highline Automotive
