We looked into this complaint and gathered the data needed. Looks like the receipt shows a $30 tab with a $7 tip. The total looks like $57, but should be $37.00. I have attached a copy of the receipt. We will refund the total amount of $57.00.

We have issued a credit back to the credit card on file. You will see the credit back within 3-5 business days.  Thank you.

I wanted to make you all aware that Jennifer at this Hotel location stated she Approved our requested refund under the Terms that their Rooms, including Balconies, are considered Non-Smoking and that if I...

were to stay again at their Hotel and smoked that we would be charged $250.00 Non Refundable smoking charge. As of today, the credit has not been received but this could be a Banking delay. Thank you for your help.Sincerely,[redacted]
