The text messages don't say what it was that Larry promised to fixI'm confused........If the vehicle was sold and the customer bought a warranty then why would any dealership offer to fix something?? We put a battery in the vehicle and had to wait on the guy to bring oneOther than that I'm not sure what we were suppose to be fixing that Larry had promised we would fixBesides that we took her Tahoe in on trade that she wanted to get rid of that was in horrible shape and the Escalade she bought was a HUGE upgrade from what she was drivingThe customer looked over the vehicle very thoroughly before she signed all documentsPeople can't come to a dealership and buy a vehicle, sign an AS-IS, plus buy a warranty and then want the dealer to fix somethingOn the "WE OWE" form it clearly says "NOTHING PROMISED OR IMPLIED" "VEHICLE SOLD AS-IS" If we had promised anything to the customer it would have been on the formNot only that but the customer threatens to bash my dealerships name over thisNobody made the customer sign the documents and buy the vehicle, she did that on her own free will.? ?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint? I have never received a refund from this businessThe supposed "refund receipt" is a poorly made forgery of my signatureIf anyone were to compare the two signatures, they are clearly not the same and the forgery is clearly a copy that is not signed in smooth writing like a real signature would beI would like to see an official bank statement or some official paperwork showing that the money that I gave them was returned to meThese receipts are just papers that they print in their officeI would not be making a complaint if I had received a refundEven if the loans were approved they still tried to charge me an extra $to purchase a vehicle which was not originally disclosed and could not give me the agreed upon monthly loan payments Regards, [redacted] ***

Double A Auto Sales, LLC is missing the whole entire pointIt's not about a 'contract'I work in a profession everyday where customers sign contracts and feel they have been mislead for one reason or anotherI am not even the owner of the company and far from it, however, I have the authority as an employee in my position to make an exception on behalf of the customer, despite what is written in their contract
The bottom line is, the truck was/is dangerous upon purchase and with the amount of money spent out of my pocket, the decent and most humane thing would have been to at least assist in making the vehicle safe for my family and me
I will not stop until I let everyone know about the type of cold-hearted,no business sense people who work at this facilityI will go as high as Congress if I have toThis is not the end

Guest had called front desk to advise there was blood on her sheets. Front desk clerk locked up, went to laundry room grabbed fresh linen. She then went to the guest's room pulled linen and remade bed for guest. Front desk clerk then brought linen pulled from the bed to the front desk to show...

the manager. I seen a stain on the corner of the sheet, that did not have any blood, but a yellow stain from my opinion was a over heat mark from the dryer. The next morning the guest's demanded a partial refund, my front desk clerk let her know the situation had been handled and there was going to be no refund.
I then received a email from the guest letting me know her part of the story, after reviewing the situation and seeing the stain for my self. I then responded to the guest letting her know because the issue was resolved rite away, there was nothing else we could do for her. She then continued to contact me saying, if I did not give her a refund she was going to contact Revdex.com. I then advised guest that she can feel free to do so, she then told me I had until a certain date to respond to her, which I had already did. She said she never received and response. So I then responded, with there is nothing else we can do for this matter. She again threatened me with Revdex.com, my response please do not contact me again in the matter or the police will be contacted. she did not listen, but contacted me one more time, I did not respond after that.
Her issue was handled in a timely manner, and there was no blood found! Thank you for giving me a chance to respond.

Customer bought the vehicle "AS-IS", customer bought a warranty from the bankDouble A Auto Sales is no longer a part of this matterCustomer bought the vehicle from Double A Auto Sales "AS-IS" with nothing promised or impliedThank you!

This is a lieCustomer was approved and chose not to do dealWe gave customer back his money in cash and had him sign a refund receipt even though he signed a non-refundable oneI uploaded the receiptsThank you[redacted]?

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I do not know who Monique supposedly spoke to about a pilot light it was certainly not me. No one offered a late checkout or came to the room to check our water issue. Monique must be talking about one of dozens of other people that were having the same problem. She did offer a discount, and I would not say she had offered the discount if she hadn't. I do not appreciate the implication that I would lie about the discount. As I don't ever plan on being in the area again I do not need nor can I use an upgrade etc. I would like the refund promised. This business has dozens of reviews that show the same problem we had and now they have disabled their website so I and other patrons have no other options to speak to a higher level member of management. Revdex.com is my only option because she ignored my request for contact information for the owner or her supervisor. The pilot light issue is not beyond their control and is a defect in service which should be compensated.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
