We are still in the process of resolving the issue Customer has an appointment today to view the vehicle they originally put a deposit on Unfortunately, the vehicle they were interested in was a brand new introduction through Chrysler and production got pushed out in order to deliver a quality product The dealerships have no control over delivery of new product We can only keep customers updated when delays happen The [redacted] s came in on a regular basis to check on the status of delivery, and we relayed the information that we had at hand.We intend to do everything we can to resolve the current issue to both parties satisfaction

[redacted] ***We are very sorry that you are experiencing issues with your new vehicle As with any product that has mechanical features, we have no control over issues that arise after a sale We do, however, have an extremely high standard of customer service that we offer our customers, before, during, and after the purchase of a new vehicle from our dealership In doing some research, I found that you had completed a customer survey from Chrysler on 8/24/2015, and you gave us a perfect score for the experience you received during the buying process I also show several phone calls between you and your sales consultant, in which you stated you were extremely happy with your purchase [redacted] , your sales consultant left you a message on 10/26/2015, making sure all was well with you and your vehicle, and letting you know to call him any time with any issues that come up I also show he left you another message on 11/20/2015, wishing you a happy birthdayOur dealership was never made aware of the issues at hand, until [redacted] called our Sales Manager on 11/23/to inform us that he was upset about the needed repairs, and he would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com In all fairness to our dealership, I am confident that had we been given the opportunity to service your vehicle, we would have taken care of you as our customer We were never given the opportunity, and we were never advised of any issues until 11/23/2105, at which time your vehicle was already being serviced by [redacted] I am sure [redacted] will follow all required protocol as dictated by the Chrysler Corporation I left a message for [redacted] this morning and will wait to her from her IF you would like to call me directly, [redacted]

Hi, I wanted to write and let you know that my complaint has been resolved I was able to place a call to the general manger of Peterson Stampede Dodge today He called me back this morning and we had a conversation about the issue I felt due to me The GM's name is Mike M***, he was very pleasant, heard my side of the story, I listened to his He decided we were at an impass but did not want me to have a bad taste reference this dealing MrM [redacted] did in fact decide to have the dealership pay to put navigation in my vehicle He gave me the name and number of the service manager and when I called the service manager MrM [redacted] was good at his word and had everything arranged We were able to take our vehicle into the dealership this afternoon and the navigation install was completed quickly MrM***, I thank you for your understanding and for your decision

[redacted] We received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding the surface rust on your [redacted] t.In speaking with our service manager, [redacted] he informed me that surface rust on bare metal surfaces is quite common on new vehicles Some vehicle components are left unpainted due to heat, and it is perfectly for bare metal surfaces to accumulate “rust dust” when exposed to water and air.Surface rust on unpainted components is not warranted by the manufacturer Our service manager did offer to paint the visible components on your vehicle at our expense, going outside the guidelines of the Chrysler Corporation This offer still stands if you choose to accept it.Please know that your happiness and satisfaction is important to us Let us know if you would like us to schedule an appointment to take care of the surface rust on your vehicle [redacted] [redacted]

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: there was no solution givenThe facts are: she was medicated and pregnant and not in a state to sign a contract of any kindThey sold a pregnant lady a vehicle with a rear hatch that doesn't even work, you have to hold it up or it falls on your headNo offer to fix this issueIn my request to fix the issues, we didn't ask for anything from the old car that was traded inThe price she paid is higher that similar cars initial listing price, let alone any negotiations I'm just going off kbb, and they have it for under We are in the hospital now, she had complications and had to have CT scans done todayThis was my worry, that we would be in the hospital and have no way to fix this issueThere is no cell reception in our hospital room.Sincerely,*** ***

writing) resolution The vehicle in question has still not arrived and we were told it is in transit They are willing to exchange the one we purchased in lieu of the one we reserved, however they are unwilling to provide us a price or value for our replacement purchase They informed us today, that they will resume negotiations when the original car arrives (May to May 12) The dealer was informed we would exchange however we will not pay any additional monies They told us that will be part of the negotiation process.To date no car or no refunded

[redacted] I am a little confused about this complaint.  In doing some research on this issue, our General Manager [redacted], said he spoke with you last week, and agreed to cover half the cost of the repair.  In trying to resolve the issue at hand, he stated that you...

agreed that a 50/50 split on the repair was more than fair, and you were happy when the call ended.Our Used car manager also confirmed that they supplied you with an appointment to have your vehicle repaired, and the cost would possibly be less than the original $500 quoted you.    When purchasing a used vehicle, there is no guarantee that a vehicle will be cosmetically blemish free, although we make every effort to ensure our vehicles are in tip top shape when sold.   It was established during the conversation with our General Manager that neither party could be sure when the damage happened to the vehicle.  I will call you to discuss further, but we feel that our effort to split the cost of the repair was more than fair, and we thought this issue was resolved last week.
