Thank you for reaching out to us on Hope's behalfAs I have already told Hope on multiple occasions, she first came in for a service with me on 12/16/and used a Groupon to pay for the serviceShe then attempted to use a Groupon to pay for another service with me on 9/20/As is printed in the fine print on my groupon vouchers, these vouchers are limited to New Clients OnlyBecause she is not a new client, she may not use a Groupon voucher to pay for another service with meI have encouraged her on multiple occasions to contact Groupon for a refundThey are the people she paid for the voucher, so they are the people who are able to issue a refund on thisI will forward to you my most recent e-mail to Hope with this information, as well as photos of our responses to her reviews on social mediaThe text of my response to her, which accurately describes how the situation unfolded, is below.Hello Hope, and thanks for your review! Though I'm not surprised to see that you mis-stated some facts about your experience todayYou first came in for an appointment on 12/16/and paid with a GrouponYou then bought another Groupon in August of 2017, and attempted to use it for a massage today, 9/20/Unfortunately, as is printed in the fine print on the Groupon vouchers, and as I told you today when you came in for your appointment, Groupons are limited to new clients onlyBecause you came in already in December, you are no longer a new clientSo for your massage today, you were unable to use another Groupon to pay for your service. At the time, I suggested that you contact Groupon directly for a refund of your voucherIn fact, I have already contacted Groupon to let them know to expect you to contact themIf you would like your refund, you likely can still get itPlease contact Groupon customer support and they will help youI absolutely never said that the price doubledWhat I did offer to you was the ability to get a massage today for the "initial treatment" rate of $for minutes (regular price on this service is $100)I literally never offer this rate to someone who has already been in to see meBut since you were already here and seemed like you needed a massage, I was attempting to get you a massage today for about the same rate as your Groupon (you paid $for your 3-pack - $per massage, which should pretty easily be refunded to you if you contact Groupon), but you chose to walk out insteadI'm sorry that you did not receive a massage today, but this is extremely important for all to know - when buying an online deal voucher, be sure to read the fine print, and expect that the merchant will be following it as wellThese deals are intended for marketing purposes, which is exactly why many are limited to one per personWhat you likely don't realize is that we as merchants receive about half of what you pay to Groupon for your voucherWhat this means is that we're getting paid about 25% of the actual value of our services when you use a Groupon voucherWe take this as a loss to expose our services to new clientsHence, "New Clients Only."Thank you!! Thank you for reaching out to us on Hope's behalf. As I have already told Hope on multiple occasions, she first came in for a service with me on 12/16/16 and used a Groupon to pay for the service. She then attempted to use a Groupon to pay for another service with me on 9/20/17. As is printed in the...

fine print on my groupon vouchers, these vouchers are limited to New Clients Only. Because she is not a new client, she may not use a Groupon voucher to pay for another service with me. I have encouraged her on multiple occasions to contact Groupon for a refund. They are the people she paid for the voucher, so they are the people who are able to issue a refund on this. I will forward to you my most recent e-mail to Hope with this information, as well as photos of our responses to her false reviews on social media. The text of my response to her, which accurately describes how the situation unfolded, is below.Hello Hope, and thanks for your review! Though I'm not surprised to see that you mis-stated some facts about your experience today. You first came in for an appointment on 12/16/16 and paid with a Groupon. You then bought another Groupon in August of 2017, and attempted to use it for a massage today, 9/20/17. Unfortunately, as is printed in the fine print on the Groupon vouchers, and as I told you today when you came in for your appointment, Groupons are limited to new clients only. Because you came in already in December, you are no longer a new client. So for your massage today, you were unable to use another Groupon to pay for your service. At the time, I suggested that you contact Groupon directly for a refund of your voucher. In fact, I have already contacted Groupon to let them know to expect you to contact them. If you would like your refund, you likely can still get it. Please contact Groupon customer support and they will help you. I absolutely never said that the price doubled. What I did offer to you was the ability to get a massage today for the "initial treatment" rate of $40 for 60 minutes (regular price on this service is $100). I literally never offer this rate to someone who has already been in to see me. But since you were already here and seemed like you needed a massage, I was attempting to get you a massage today for about the same rate as your Groupon (you paid $100 for your 3-pack - $33 per massage, which should pretty easily be refunded to you if you contact Groupon), but you chose to walk out instead. I'm sorry that you did not receive a massage today, but this is extremely important for all to know - when buying an online deal voucher, be sure to read the fine print, and expect that the merchant will be following it as well. These deals are intended for marketing purposes, which is exactly why many are limited to one per person. What you likely don't realize is that we as merchants receive about half of what you pay to Groupon for your voucher. What this means is that we're getting paid about 25% of the actual value of our services when you use a Groupon voucher. We take this as a loss to expose our services to new clients. Hence, "New Clients Only."Thank you!![redacted]

To whom it may concern,At this point we are suing [redacted], I will not be able to get into specifics, however I will tell you this, that Ms. [redacted] had a very poor credit rating.  This meant that we would have to collect the $200.00 water deposit, because Herrin charges the owner of the house for the water when the lessee skips out and leaves without paying. Ms. [redacted] has written us 3 insufficient checks.  We do charge for insufficient funded checks.  It is in the contract and Ms. [redacted] and us sat down and we had agreed in the contract of what fees that she would have to pay if she didn't; 1. pay on time 2. pay with insufficient funded checks, 3. eviction notice fees.  These are all fees that we charge so that our Lessee will pay on time with sufficient funded checks.  Again she wrote us 3 bad checks.  She did pay for two of the checks and the third one she did not.  We still have that.  I think in the state of Illinois it is illegal to write a bad check.  Ms. [redacted] was late with her payment most of the time. In our contract that we all signed, this is a Lease with an Option to buy contract.  Meaning she is leasing the home until she decides to take the option to buy the home.  She did not take the option to buy the home so we were not obligated to give here lead paint and radon disclosures.  If she would have taken the option to buy the home at any time, meaning to pay it off or get another loan through a bank then we would have been obligated to provide here with those disclosures.   As of now we have gone and met with our attorney [redacted], and will be filing the law suit for back rent, the last bad check she wrote that she never came back and paid for.  Also for back rent that is still left on the contract.  We never did say she could leave so she is still under contract with us.  We were able to relet the home so she should only be responsible for the time the house was not leased. Thank you, [redacted] and [redacted]
