This customer just moved into this house and called us because of a leakThe thermal expansion tank had failed some time ago putting additional pressure on the water heater causing it to leakWe actually didn't even have to replace the water heater for reason1.He is not the original owner who
paid for the water heaterThe original owners did not have the water heater serviced for maintenance or have the thermal expansion tank check for proper operation per yearWe went above and beyond and replaced the water heater with the understanding of what the thermal expansion tank does and that would could not warranty the new water heater with out itHe had agreed with it and we honored the remainder of the original warranty which is standard for any product warrantyWe warranty everything we do 100% which includes laborWe didn't charge any labor for the water heater replacement
