In response to Mr ***'s complaint letter.We gave Mr *** a verbal estimate to install the stove, if he asked for written estimateI was not aware of thatAfter the estimate was given he was supposed to do someconstruction work so the stove could be installed He was going to contact us when,
he wasfinished with his work.In December he called and told me that he was sick and could not afford to have the stoveinstalled and wanted his money back, I told him I would refund his money less $ He was going tolet me know if he wanted to do that or keep the stove.In February he called and told me he wanted his money refundedI realized that there is nothingon the receipt regarding returns, I will correct that issue for the future: If he called in march he did not leave a message.I contacted him on 3/and 3/16/and left messages for him to call me.He contacted me today and I will send him a full refund of 3285.36.I hope that this will resolve the matterIf you need any further information please feel free tocontact me at ###-###-####.SincerelyEdwin PetersonPeterson Stoves
