I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. In regards to the reference that I would call and drop the complaint after speaking with Mr. [redacted]. I did try to contact the Revdex.com the same evening I spoke with this gentleman, unfortunately, since I had submitted the claim online I was unable to resolve or withdraw the complaint until I was contacted with this email.
