[redacted][To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] The salsa I ordered from the establishment is the same one I always order. There was no change in the order that my family REGULARLY makes, essentially this individual states I had ordered wrong. I called in before hand to let them know I was missing my order and drove all the way across town to have it replaced. The individual who took my order should have clarified if she was unsure. I never order (a side) I asked for (an order of) which is the same order I always place. There were other concerns with food we had purchased the order was incorrect. Again these are orders I regularly make. I find it incomprehensible that an establishment especially one that my family and I would normally frequent would treat us us in such a way. the food was incorrect I simply wanted it replaced I have never in over 20 years had an order that was incorrect. The one time something was wrong I was confident that the issue would be quickly rectified without concern. I was sorely disappointed when confronted with the manager Maria who had essentially placed all blame on myself as if I didn't understand the portions of the dishes or meals I was ordering. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have had in my life. I can tell you that everyone I know will  hear about the way we were treated we have not since been back not do I think we ever will k ow what to expect from Pete's cafe from now on. This is truly upsetting. I sincerely hope that the original owner who my family knows personally Teresa and Alfred give their nice some proper training on how to treat their customer's because like.us they will stop spending their money in this restaurant if this is the way we can expect to be treated.
