We had mulitple problems including a broken wax seal on one of our toilets, as well as several leaking taps including one in our walkin shower We had been putting off these repairs for a while due to time constraints and felt it would take the better part of an entire workday to have these repairs done
Imagine our surprise when Allan showed up at 9:15am this morning, did a quick survey of the required reapirs and completed them by 11:30am He was very professional, polite and personable We would (and will) request his presence without hesitation for any future repairs or installations In addition, we would also not hesitate to recommend both Allan and On Time to any of our friends, relatives and acquaintances
I was totally satisfied with the duct cleaning service On Time offered this springThe guy phoned me before he came and arrived really On Time He was kind, did his job neatly, cleaned everything after jobs done and gave me very reasonable price I had made another reservation for my friend's house that day When he got there and looked at their furnace just to find he needed to cut down an opening at her basement ceiling to reach the main duct, which he couldn't do himself, he showed several options to do the job He even suggested her husband do it himself and explained how to do it Great experience!

Our air conditioning broke down in the middle of the day on a 30+ degree day and I got a call from my wife that her and our 2 small children had been home with no air for a couple of hours, as you might expect many others were dealing with the same thing during a week which was unusually hot and humid.
We have had OnTime come and service our furnace and check the AC in the past and were pleased with the professionals they had sent out in the past so they were my first call.
I spoke with Janice who was pleasant and very helpful. She let me know that they were very busy and had received dozen's of AC calls that same day. I explained to her that we had 2 young kids and that the AC going was particularly tough with them at home. Instead of dismissing me and letting me know they were too busy, she asked what area of town we lived in and said she would check with one of their technicians who might be near by. Sure enough, she called back a few minutes later and let me know that one of the technician's would be pleased to squeeze us in and stop by.
Later that day Travis showed up and spent nearly an hour working on our unit and was happy to answer any questions I had and dealt with us in a very professional and pleasant manner. He explained to us that he thought he knew what the issue was and could come back the next day with the right part. He came back the following day (Friday) and tried the part but didn't have any luck. It is a 40 year old unit and he even went as far as calling some other techs who are older and have more experience with these units. Unfortunately he let us know he thought our unit was dead and we'd need to replace it. Although this wasn't the outcome we wanted we couldn't complain about the process and were blown away with this company going above and beyond for us.
Our experience got even better with OnTime because they were able to send their District Sales Manager out the next day which was a Saturday morning and arrange to have the unit installed on Monday. Bob arrived at our house on a Saturday morning which was more than we could ask for and we could tell he was a professional from the start. Before he even entered our home he introduced himself and OnTime and explained to us who they were and assured us we were in good hands. Bob's polite and gentle demeanor was a welcome approach as I was ready for the "hard sell" and not knowing much about these units I wasn't sure what to expect and was uncertain I could trust someone I just met.
Bob provided us some different options and explained the pro's and con's of each and did not try to force us into the most expensive or most high end unit. He was the one who told us "you probably need a good solid middle of the road unit but nothing fancy". This is exactly what I had in mind and I was thankful he didn't try to upsell me into a unit that was more than what we needed.
Overall we are blown away with the experience we had with the OnTime group. Its rare these days to find a contractor who seems to truly care about the work they are doing and take the time to explain the details to you while at the same time being pleasant and patient with our questions. I truly trust these guys and have no reason to ever call another company for any of our heating, plumbing, air or electric needs.
While our AC replacement is a relatively small project, I would have no issue trusting this company if I were looking for a contractor for a large scale project like re-wiring an old home or something similar. I am certain the experience we had would translate to a project like this.

Within hours of our call, a serviceman appeared His vehicle clearly identified On Time, he also had On Time identification on his person, he was very informative, and had identified the cause of the problem quite quickly. Within hours our home was cooling once again. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend On Time to anyone with heating or cooling issues.
