I am not accepting the response not because what [redacted] has stated is untrue, but because the problem has not yet been resolved. Yes, he has met with Mrs. [redacted], but has not yet spoken to Mr. [redacted]. We are supposed to meet with him on Saturday, June 7 to get an estimate and to see if we can reach a compromise that will be fair to both of us.

We did have to stop service in a couple of areas that we were loosing money because to much travel time. I am sorry, but this change had to happen. I tried to give people notice (one week) so customers can find another service. I did call this customer and provide another company that has taken on a...
