I am rejecting this response because: this is a complete lie and I would like camera footage of this incident for my lawyer. For Ted's information I got off the G bus and I was waiting on the trolley that's why I stopped into that pizza store. I did not come into the The facility with an attitude I was actually very excited because I had a taste for a Stromboli. I was not given the appropriate refund because I paid for a mini pizza and they refunded me for a small pizza how is that an appropriate refund. I also ordered pepperoni on my pizza and didn't receive it. It was literally a cheese pizza. I will like camera footage for my lawyer because I am suing Ted as well as the manager for declaration of character as well as refusing me my refund. I'm also report in this business to the health inspector because it is very nasty and no one in there is cooking with gloves on etc.
I placed an order with this company on 2/8/16. The delivery driver came, and when he told me how much my order was, I gave him $40. As I was expecting my change, he proceeded to walk off. I asked him "where's my change?" He responded, "it's not that serious." So I said if not that serious, why are you walking off with my change? Once exchange was made, he turns to me and says that if he has to come with another order, we would be last. Very unprofessional, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I WAS VISITING A FRIEND'S HOUSE AND ORDERED AT THE RECCOMMENDATION OF MY FRIEND ....I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AND WILL NOT RECCOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND ENCOURAGE MY FRIEND NOT TO USE THEM AGAIN...THE DELIVERY MAN FORGOT THE PIZZAS!!!!THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE...THE PIZZA WAS COLD AND THEY LIEDDesired Settlement: I WANT 50% BACK...MY ORDER WAS 40.59
