days. This is an isolated complaint. Pete’s Produce has a three-day return policy, that product may be returned for any reason, to make certain our customers are 100% satisfied. The customer communicated that they are unable to return within three days. This communication was on day one of the three days, giving the customer plenty of time to stop by and resolve the matter. The customer also stated that the wings were dried up after cooking them. Pete’s Produce is unaware of how the chicken wings were handled after they were taken out of the store. Pete’s Produce has no obligation to take any further action with respect to this matter. However, as a show of good faith, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service, Pete’s Produce offers the customer 5 lbs of any sized or priced chicken wings of the customer’s choosing and liking.
