yrs ago this month my husband and I drove to your area to pick up our new Petit Jean Goldendoodle PuppyThe night before we were to Meet Laura it began snowing hardWhen we woke the next morning it had snowed all night long and continued to snow as we began our short trip to Oppelo Not having wheel drive we were scared to attempt the hills Laura suggested she meet us in another spot Our pup was everything we had been promised and more! Like I mentioned he turned in Decand is the Most Special pup ever! Laura gave us specific instructions and called us several times during the first months we had him in our home We are considering purchasing another pup from Petit Jean Puppies in the near futureI have several friends that have adopted goldendoodles from other breeders and believe me their pups authenticity is questionable! Laura is amazing and her puppies are wonderful! They come pre spoiled and so beautiful and healthy! We have purchased three babies from Laura and have since built a friendship with her since she follows up with you and your baby and is always there to answer questions and give advice We absolutely love Laura and the other staff at PJP Highly recommend this breeder

My experience with Petit Jean Puppies was nothing short of a nightmareThere were numerous discrepancies between what PJP advertised and what PJP actually offeredHere are just a few examples of the discrepancies: 1) I spoke to Gina, the office manager of PJP, and initially stated that I was interested in a puppy on the PJP website, but that I would prefer a puppy from a summer litterI was told that there would be no summer littersAs a result, I went ahead and placed a deposit on the puppy on PJP's websiteOnce I had placed the deposit, I was then told that there would be a summer litter after all 2) After I submitted my deposit, I found out that PJP had advertised on Puppy Find that my puppy would come with two months of free pet health insuranceWhen I inquired about this, I was told by Gina that I would not receive this insurance because it had not been set up yet by the breeder, Laura KGina then proceeded to tell me that the pet insurance would only be offered for future puppies 3) I mistakenly wrote on our contract that the shipping cost for my puppy was $instead of $350, as was advertised on PJP's websiteI realized this when I looked back at the site to submit my shipping paymentThe PayPal link was set up for a $deposit, and the cost of shipping was noted on the site as $Yet, after I had paid the $350, Laura sent me an additional $charge for a "shipping increase," rather than being honest and notifying me of my mistake 4) I wanted my puppy shipped to me during daylight hours because I felt it would be best for the puppyThe first flight that was booked for my puppy had him arriving at 11:pmI checked with Delta and asked them if they had any additional flights, and it turned out there were severalI also asked about the "increase in their shipping fees" and found out that there was no such increaseDelta also informed me that my puppy was booked on the "economical flight" for $and that the puppy would have to wait an additional two hours to board and two hours to be taken off the plane after arrivalThey explained that the Delta Dash option for $would provide better care and service for my puppy, as he would only have to wait one hour for boarding and disembarkingAt this point, I was extremely concerned by what I had learned and realized Laura was pocketing extra money rather than placing the needs of the puppy first 5) I called Vission, who was in charge of shipping, and suggested the earlier flights that Delta offeredShe told me that my puppy couldn't be on those flights because the "airport didn't open by 6:a.m." At this point, I expressed my disbelief and stated that I would check thisBoth Delta and the airport confirmed that the pet cargo area opened at 4:a.m 6) I called PJP back again, and Vission started back paddling, telling me that Delta employees don't always show up on time to load the pets and that she would not drive to the airport at a.msince "the employees might not show up." I stated that I wanted my puppy on that flight so he could fly during daylight hours and that I felt confident that the Delta employees would show up for work 7) After my conversation with Vission, Laura, the breeder, called me for the very first time to tell me that I was "rude" because I had questioned their dishonest claimsShe informed me that she would not sell me a puppy, as a resultAt that point, I shared that I would be providing a review of Petit Jean Puppies on their Facebook page to let potential buyers know what had occurred 8) When I accessed the Petit Jean Puppies Facebook page, I discovered an unprofessional post about my potential reviewThe post, of course, failed to provide any information about what had actually occurred 9) I also learned directly from previous clients that Laura had contacted them to "warn them about the unfavorable review" and that she had discussed our business transaction with these clients, violating confidentialityThis is a dishonest and disreputable breederDo NOT buy a puppy from themYou will be buying a puppy from a puppy mill

Our family has had a very positive experience with Petit Jean Puppies Earlier this year my daughter that still lives at home, purchased a GoldenDoodle from PJP It was love at first sight and we were so pleased with this beautiful, healthy puppy and our interactions with PJP, that my husband and I decided to get a puppy Our Doodles are half sisters, three months apart in age They are gorgeous! They are smart! They are healthy! They are amazing! Laura (owner) and Gina (office manager) seem to always have the best interest of the puppies as a top priority Both are also very supportive and helpful after the sale of the puppies Being part of the alumni FB page is great and Laura has quickly answered every question or concern when I send her a message We believe this breeder goes beyond the to breed high quality puppies and also find the perfect homes for the puppies If we decide to add another Doodle to our family, we will certainly turn to Petit Jean Puppies again

I flew to Arkansas from CA in December to meet & pick up my puppy, "Kerrie" I was a little skeptical buying a puppy online & wanted to get a feel for the breeder & actually meet my new family member All of my interactions w/ Laura & Gina on the phone & through email were great They were both very responsive & answered my MANY questions! Their facility is spacious, clean & organized I was shocked how well socialized my pup was right from the start She was very comfortable meeting new people & animals, & even the vacuum or blow dryer didn't scare her! Laura made a special point of meeting me while I was there and answering my last few questions I could not be any happier with Petit Jean Puppies or my puppy! I have recommended PJP many times and hope to have a sibling for my "Kali" someday Gina is a gem She probably answers the same questions over & over everyday but you would never know it by her positive attitude
